Chapter 1 - William the Muscle Shifter: The Beginning of War

(episod 1)

The morning sun rose through the eastern canyons. The pale red rays, filtering through the tree branches, shimmered on the wings of birds flying away in song. In that serene village, there stood a small house nestled among the trees. On the upper floor of the house, William was in a deep sleep. His desk was cluttered with scattered papers.

(It felt as if someone was whispering: "This world is made of two types of people—one, the commoners who find happiness in their own little worlds; two, those who sleep with extraordinary powers hidden within them. Some even bring them out and train them.") Sunlight fell on William's face. ("He is the hope for the future... of that second group.")

The village he lived in was peaceful. However, at exactly 7:00 AM, William's alarm shrieked three times: "RRRIIIINNNGG! RRRIIIINNNGG! RRRIIIINNNGG!" Hearing the sound, he didn't open his eyes; instead, he took his pillow and pressed it over his head. After a while, he got up wearily, walked to the desk in his room, and looked at a photograph. It was a picture of his father. Then, he went to the bathroom. While changing after his morning routine, he thought to himself: "Ugh... Tom is on leave today! I'll have to sit alone on that bench. I'm definitely going to die of boredom today... Not just that, I definitely need him to investigate about Dad."

As he was putting on his shirt, he had a suspicion that someone was watching him from near the window. But he saw no one there. "What is this? Just a feeling?" He went downstairs. His mother was busy in the kitchen. "Mom, what was that terrifying sound here last night?" William asked. Opening the steaming lid of the Puttu maker, his mother said: "Oh, that? A meteorite fell in the neighboring field, son. I didn't wake you because I didn't want to ruin your sleep. There's a lot of damage in the field next door. The weather has completely changed..." William replied, "Is that so? Nothing we can do about it, right?" His mother asked, "Were you able to find out anything about your father?"

William replied sadly, "I will find out what happened to Dad, Mom don't worry. I've checked all of Dad's research papers. I'll be studying more about him for a few more days. After that, I will find him. If he has indeed abandoned us, I will understand why." His mother comforted him: "It's okay. You eat this food quickly. It's Puttu and Kadala. You have to go to school soon. Anyway, I don't believe your father would have just abandoned you. He will come back... I have faith."

William: "Okay." After a while, as he was finishing his meal, he asked, "What's for lunch today?" Mom said: "For lunch? Today it's egg and rice." Getting up to wash his hands, William said: "Oh, egg and rice again today? I wonder what this world has against me!" He finished his meal, took his cycle, and headed out to the road. "Mom, I'm leaving!" he shouted. His mother sent him off with a smile: "Okay, go carefully, son!" An invisible shadow was carefully listening to all these conversations from behind a tree near the house, watching him. As he went to school, that shadow—that invisible force—followed him...

However, the previous day on another planet, the 'Portels'—a race of short, white aliens—were having breakfast using their advanced technology. Suddenly, the alarm blared in the military control room: "WARNING! OVERLITE ATTACK!" Everyone panicked and boarded their spaceships. One Portel changed out of his suit and entered a ship. There, a Portel soldier shouted: "The enemies have broken in! Teams 8 to 25, get as many people as possible to the shelters. Teams 1 to 7, fight them!"

A fierce battle broke out in space with the terrifying creatures known as Overlites. During a missile attack, a Portel's ship was damaged. "The ship is breaking apart! Activate the emergency pod!" the Portel shouted in fear. He tried to escape in the pod, but an Overlite soldier pursued him and fired a missile. As the missile closed in on the pod, the Portel thought to himself: "Only one way to escape! Portal! I need a location! But there's no time!" Using his portal power, he opened portals uncontrollably. Although he escaped the missile, the enemy soldier followed him through the portal. Their spaceship collided with a meteorite and crash-landed on the night side of Earth, near William's house. The Overlite's pod crashed somewhere else.

The next day, as William prepares to go to school, he (the Portel) watches him through the window...

Later, when William reached a busy street on his way to school, he saw a thief snatching an elderly woman's bag. "Someone help! My bag!" the old woman screamed. In a split second, William chased the thief on his cycle. Holding the handlebar with one hand, he gathered all his strength in the other and delivered a powerful blow. KRAKK! The thief fell unconscious. William handed the bag back to the grandmother. "Son! Thank you so much," she said with tears in her eyes. The Portel was watching all of this from a nearby rooftop.

Later, while coming out of the bathroom at school, a ball came toward him. The next moment, he was thrown into a dark dimension. He could not move. A small, white Portel appeared before him...
