At school, everyone was always talking about who was in charge, especially in the inner circle of the Black Centipede. One day, Thor (number 4) and Pinpan (number 3) were hanging out in a quiet corner and gossiping about Sonic, who had just shown up.
"Why'd he run off?" Pinpan asked, confused. Sonic had left the fight way too quickly.
"No clue," Thor shrugged.
Then Pinpan noticed Sonic's tattoo on his hand. "What's with that Wild Boar tattoo? What does it mean?"
Thor filled him in. "That tattoo means Sonic's one of the top fighters in school."
Pinpan was puzzled. "But why's he acting like such a dork?"
Thor told him a sad story. "Sonic used to be a fighter, but then he got blamed for killing HankStroke. That's why he stopped fighting and became a nerd."
Meanwhile, in the school courtyard, Vager, the top fighter, was getting ready for a fight. He was smiling and showing off, while Hawk was still out cold, twitching on the ground. Sonic knew Hawk was dangerous like this, so he quickly used a Kung Fu move to calm him down. After that, Murg, who had accidentally been splashed with water, woke up and dragged Hawk away. "Come on, man, wake up!" Murg shouted, trying to get Hawk moving.
Sonic, now all serious, faced Vager, who was ready to go. Sonic kicked first, but Vager blocked it easily. The kick was so strong that Vager fell to the ground. Even though he wasn't beaten, Vager got up fast and started attacking again. He kicked and kicked, even doing a cool back kick called a "tae tat." Sonic dodged everything without breaking a sweat, showing he was just as quick as Vager. Then Sonic kicked down hard, and Vager barely dodged it with his speed powers.
Vager was impressed. "Your speed's crazy," he said. "Show me what you've got at 100%, Mr. Executive."
Sonic replied calmly, "For you, 20% will do."
In the blink of an eye, Sonic closed the distance and kicked Vager hard in the side. Blood came out of Vager's nose. Before Vager could get up, Sonic punched him in the nose again, breaking it even worse. Vager fell to the ground, defeated.
It looked like Sonic had won. But then, lying on the ground, Vager gave a big, scary grin. The fight wasn't over yet.
