When Tyler came to pick me I said goodbye to my cranky parents before going to meet Tyler. When I went outside, I saw a familiar black car. I went up to it and knocked on the glass. Tyler opened the door and immediately teased
"Missed me, Leah"
I smiled playfully, "Maybe, maybe not"
He replied, "I'll find out"
We put my luggage in the trunk, then we drove to his house. On the way to his house, I decided to rest. I lay down on his lap, causing the necklace to show.
He asked me, "Leah, where did you get that necklace"
I replied, "My childhood friend gave it to me. What's wrong?"
He probed further, "Was it a promise necklace"
I nodded, "Yes, it was"
He questioned again, "Can you tell me what the promise was"
I held the necklace protectively. "Why do you want to know"
he spoke softly, "Just answer, was it to marry each other"
I answered, "Yes, it was he has the other half"
he brought out the other half from his shirt I was shocked. "You? you're the bottle head from back then"
He groaned, "Do you have to call me that"
I smiled, "In my next two lifetimes I will never forget that name"
