Running and jumping Lane tried to position himself to launch a attack made out of arrow's but ultimately meets his end.
"SHIT!"
Looking around Lane was confused his head where he been shot is numb he is scared he might die.....
But wait something isn't right.
"How-w is it I'm alive I'm a Archer not a dead devil?"
Standing up after awhile of contemplating he looks into the nearest reflection which would be a metal pole,he gasped.
"This... What I'm a dead devil?"
Thinking fast he hid after hearing a child and a mother near by.
Catching his breath Lane used his knowledge of what dead devil's are capable of and used a ability that manifested from a twig near by to use echolocation....but instead it pierced him he screamed on instinct drawing the mother and child towards him.
But wait Lane realized something that wasn't a twig that was a broken Arrow but what truly shocked him is that after the Arrow pierced him in his gut he can now see the world around him with only his hearing.
"Whoa"
Sadly though Lane was too distracted by this new found ability he didn't notice that the child and mother was standing above him.
"Excuse me sir are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm alrig-"
"Sir? Can you repeat that I didn't hear what you said"
Although Lane could see and use power of a Dead devil other's only see him as a mortal.
