Chapter 412 - Chapter 385.1: Doctor Strange Holds the Fort Down

"Here's your axe!"

He threw Stormbreaker toward Homelander.

Homelander reached out to catch it.

Just then, a web shot through the air with a whoosh and stuck to Stormbreaker. The web was then pulled back, yanking the axe away.

Homelander looked up and saw Stormbreaker land in the hands of a figure.

It was someone crouching on top of a water tank.

Spider-Man!

"I got it!"

"I got it!"

"Is this Thor's Stormbreaker?"

"This is the first time I've ever seen it from this close."

"It's really heavy."

"I heard its handle was made from a tree person's arm?"

"That's kind of scary."

Once little Spider-Man got excited, he couldn't stop talking.

Homelander was about to snatch the axe back when a fierce wind suddenly roared overhead.

He looked up and saw a jet appear in the sky. Its hatch opened, and a huge dark figure came tumbling out, yelling as it plunged straight toward Homelander.

This time, it was the Hulk.

Or, more accurately, Dr. Banner with the power of a giant.

In this state, the Hulk's body was a size smaller than before, and his strength couldn't compare to what it had been.

The advantage was that he retained Banner's rationality and intelligence.

But whether it was Giant Banner or the Hulk, Homelander didn't take him seriously at all.

He didn't even use the Power Stone. He simply raised a hand and flung Banner away as he came down from above.

Banner crashed into a stone house. A moment later, he opened the door and walked out.

After tossing Banner aside, Homelander heard Colonel Rhodes's voice. War Machine and Falcon flew out of the jet's hatch.

Colonel Rhodes and Falcon opened fire on Homelander while shouting, "Take the axe and get out of here! The farther away, the better!"

"Although I don't know why the Conqueror wants the axe, just don't let him have it!"

He then looked toward Valkyrie, who was fighting Black Panther.

"Where's Thor?"

"I'm right here!"

Thor's voice rang out from the mountain of people.

Inside War Machine's armor, Colonel Rhodes glanced at the pile of Asgardians.

"Is this some kind of Asgardian recreational activity?"

At that moment, the mountain of people began to shift. Thor crawled out, carefully pushing the Asgardians blocking his way aside. He gave a bitter smile.

"What do you think?"

Rhodes was about to say something when two golden beams suddenly swept out from the barrage of fire ahead. He hurriedly dodged.

After evading the beams, he was about to move forward when one Blackstream mech after another rose into the air and surrounded him.

On the ground, Shuri, who was also wearing a Vibranium suit of armor, raised both hands. All ten of her fingers were glowing.

Shuri was controlling the Blackstream mech corps, splitting the mechs into two groups and sending them after War Machine and Falcon separately.

The Dora Milaje, the royal guards, headed straight for the Hulk, using their advanced weapons and equipment to try to tie up Dr. Banner.

Meanwhile, little Spider-Man, clutching Stormbreaker, took the opportunity to shoot out a web and attach it to the body of the jet. He then pulled himself toward it.

With a flip, little Spider-Man landed inside the jet.

The jet, which had been switched to unmanned mode, quickly left the fishing village under Colonel Rhodes's orders.

Watching the jet disappear into the distance, Colonel Rhodes breathed a sigh of relief.

After receiving Loki's text message, he had contacted numerous Avengers.

While he was contacting Thor, Thor had suddenly left halfway through their conversation.

Colonel Rhodes immediately accessed the satellites and discovered that Homelander had descended upon New Asgard. He quickly brought the Avengers over.

Although they didn't know why Homelander, the Conqueror, had suddenly taken an interest in Stormbreaker, as far as they were concerned, if the Conqueror wanted something, they had to stop him.

Now that Spider-Man had taken Stormbreaker away, all they had to do was hold the Conqueror back.

Just as he was thinking this, a beam of light suddenly burst out from the chest of one of the Blackstream mechs and struck War Machine. Colonel Rhodes immediately lost control and plummeted.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

War Machine tumbled across the ground several times before finally coming to a stop. However, he was temporarily unable to move and could only wait for the system to reboot.

Watching the Conqueror in the sky, his eyes glowing golden, Colonel Rhodes anxiously shouted from inside War Machine's armor,

"Scott, are you guys ready?"

"I need help!"

Ant-Man's voice rang out over the communications channel.

"On our way."

At the same time,

In the sky, Homelander had no desire to waste any more time dealing with these meddlesome Avengers, including War Machine. His eyes lit up as he prepared to take them down first.

Suddenly, he saw his arm rising upward.

Looking closely, he realized that two ant-sized figures had appeared beside him.

The Ant-Man couple!

The Wasp was holding Ant-Man.

Ant-Man was gripping one of Homelander's fingers.

Their plan was to fling him away.

Homelander shook his head.

He suddenly swung his hand.

The Ant-Man couple cried out in surprise as they tumbled through the air.

At the same time, Homelander fired golden beams from his eyes, sweeping them across the two.

The Wasp was the first to regain control of her flight. She then flew over to Ant-Man and grabbed him. The two proceeded to weave through Homelander's beams, dodging them.

After flying around for a while, the Wasp threw Ant-Man toward Homelander.

Ant-Man landed on Homelander's body and suddenly pressed a button. He immediately grew into a giant, forcing Homelander down toward the ground.

Scott shouted excitedly, "I've got him!"

But at that moment, he felt himself being lifted up. The scene in his field of vision rapidly receded. He had been thrown away by Homelander.

Seeing that he was about to crash down on the group of Asgardians in the square, Scott hurriedly shrank back down, returning to his Ant-Man size, and landed on Thor's shoulder.

Homelander raised the Infinity Gauntlet, preparing to open a portal and chase after Spider-Man, when a portal suddenly opened behind him, and Doctor Strange flew out.

As soon as he emerged, he immediately created countless duplicates.

The Images of Ikonn!

Using this spell, Doctor Strange multiplied into countless copies and surrounded Homelander.

This was different from Loki's illusionary duplicates.

Every duplicate created by the Images of Ikonn possessed the same strength as the original.

Countless Doctor Stranges simultaneously used the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak, a spell drawn from the Crimson Cosmos. From all directions, the bands wrapped around Homelander and restrained him firmly.

Only then did Doctor Strange speak.

"You're not going anywhere, Conqueror."

The corners of Homelander's mouth lifted slightly.

"Not necessarily."

As he spoke, the Infinity Stones on the gauntlet began to glow.

Suddenly, some of the Crimson Bands retreated as if a recording were being rewound.

Others exploded violently, as though they had been torn apart by an irresistible force.

Still others transformed into countless crimson bats that flew in every direction, crashing into the various Doctor Strange duplicates.

In an instant, the red bands restraining Homelander came undone.
