She tried to struggle free, only to discover he had placed some kind of Magic on her. She was completely immobilized. "You're just bullying me because my Cultivation is low! Does having a high Cultivation mean you can do whatever you want?"
Her chin was seized, forcing her to tilt her head up to look at him.
He lowered his head slightly to look down at her, his voice cool as he spoke. "As a matter of fact, a high Cultivation *does* mean you can do whatever you want."
His hand moved down and wrapped around her neck. "Would this slender neck of yours like to test that theory?"
'Seriously? Saying something like that with such a straight face... you're really asking for it.'
Celeste Grant shot him a glare. "Let go, or I'll unleash my Vile Dragon's roar and swallow you whole."
