As he spoke in a human tongue, the Power of Laws manifested around the Black Tortoise. He raised his head and roared, shaking the very earth and mountains. Countless monsters were blasted away by his power, instantly turning to ash.
The Black Tortoise was enormous and cumbersome, moving at a turtle's pace. Yet, every step carried the force of a thunderbolt, blasting away any monster that drew near.
And that wasn't all. He lifted his head and began to spew water. As he did, rain poured from the heavens, accompanied by thunder and lightning. The flood swept up the Outer Realms Races, drowning them until not even their bones remained.
Vermilion's voice echoed from the sky.
"Brother Black Tortoise, you've gotten really strong!"
