Back in the day, in the Liang Country Cultivation Realm, Suihan True Monarch was senior and highly cultivated among the Core Formation True Men, but he was never considered a candidate for the Nascent Soul realm.
For one, the Ice Soul Palace was perched high on the icefield and had little contact with other sects.
For another, Suihan True Monarch's personal conduct wasn't particularly convincing; everyone simply saw him as an Elder Daoist in his twilight years who had merely lived a long time.
Fang Tiancheng of the Ten Thousand Beasts Sect, Ge Cang of the Qingfeng Sect, the Blood God Son of the Blood Demon Sect, and Qu Yang of the Holy Lotus Sect—these were the ones acknowledged to possess the Nascent Soul Form.
It was widely believed that in a few hundred years, a glorious era for the Liang Country Cultivation Realm would arrive.
