In this world, no two Daos are ever completely identical.
Even if one existed, it would not truly be your own.
One cannot simply follow the Dao of their predecessors step by step.
The beginning and the end of the journey may be the same, but the path taken will never be identical.
This is a rule of the Great Dao that no one can defy.
A rare few manage to achieve a successful Inquiry by treading the path of their predecessors.
But those who truly possess the will for Inquiry would never tread upon another's path.
From the moment of Inquiry, one has already begun to possess a Dao of their own.
The Tier Eight Inquiry is a privilege unique to Tier Eight.
And when Jian Shisan asked the question, "What is the Dao?", it signified that he had reached the peak of Tier Seven.
He was about to step into Tier Eight.
