Rather than face the Tyrannosaurus—renowned for its immense power and claws several meters long—he ultimately decided to confront the Winged Dragons.
SWISH!
At Shen Fei's command, the fast-running Black Tortoise screeched to a halt, instantly reversed direction, and charged back the way they came.
SKRAW~
SKRAW?
SKRAW??
The Winged Dragons chasing Shen Fei's group saw their prey turn and charge back at them. They let out involuntary cries, confused by the situation. In fact, because of the counter-charge, the Winged Dragons' pursuit formation fell into disarray.
"Go!"
The chaos in the Winged Dragon flock gave Shen Fei's group the opening they needed.
Although his game-like abilities were gone, it wasn't in Shen Fei's nature to sit back and wait for death. Riding the Black Tortoise, he charged directly beneath a Winged Dragon. Without a second thought, Shen Fei leaped up and grabbed onto its sharp talons.
