Wang Yi spoke in a low voice as he made his move, launching a counterattack with the power of the Monkey King and the Great Five Elements Divine Seal.
The three "Purple-robed Elders" couldn't fire their Rocket Cannons continuously. Their movements were stiff; aside from firing their cannons, they had no other combat abilities, nor could they Escape. Wang Yi quickly eliminated them.
After being eliminated, their bodies likewise exploded, transforming into Chess Souls.
Upon becoming Chess Souls, however, they instantly regained their senses and all began to thank Wang Yi.
"Xue An Kang ambushed us and turned us into puppets, into living specimens! We were trapped in a state where we could neither live nor die. Thanks to your help, though our bodies have perished, our souls are now free!"
"That man, Xue An Kang, is insidious and despicable—a true fiend. Please, be extremely careful when you fight him!"
"He hides within space-time. Watch out for his ambushes!"
