A deep blue, serpentine creature with an ugly bulge on its head furtively materialized from the empty void.

The serpent flicked a blue, forked tongue made entirely of Energy. It turned its head toward the web, let out an excited hiss, and flew toward the unsuspecting Fei Lin.
Just as it closed to within a kilometer of Fei Lin, a shadow like a starlit sky abruptly emerged from behind her. It morphed into the form of a jet-black Unicorn, its wary eyes fixed on the silently approaching serpent.
"NEIGH!!"
Alerted by the Star Dream Unicorn's warning, Han Ning and Fei Lin snapped to attention, their focus shifting to the serpent.
