The second part was breaking the whole into parts.
It involved dismantling and dispersing highly concentrated power, integrating it into the entire body, and then gathering it back at will. It meant understanding the operation, mobilization, and state of this power.
The third part was the unity of knowledge and action.
It was knowing every inch of skin on the Physical Body, sensing the most minute changes in power, and being able to draw upon that power at will without it ever showing.
A seamless whole: power merged with the Primordial Spirit, and the Primordial Spirit merged with the Physical Body.
Everything was transformed into a single entity, no longer merely connected.
