"Thirty-five key swing votes from the Republican Party caucus in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Their districts are mostly located in the suburbs, exurbs, or on the fringes of the Rust Belt. They're in poor economic shape, with heavy healthcare burdens."
Leo received the list, his eyes sweeping over the names.
