Xin Huohuo hummed in agreement, nodding her head like a chick pecking at rice.
"So, yeah, this isn't the kind of event just anyone can attend. There are strict restrictions and a screening process," Xiang Xiaoxue explained. "The fifth day isn't open to the public at all. In the evening, they hold a charity gala at the exhibition hall, and everyone who attends is a dignitary, a person of high social standing, or someone rich and powerful. A small selection of the exhibits can be purchased, and the organizers don't take any of the proceeds. It all gets donated to poverty relief for the western regions."
"That sounds so meaningful," Xin Huohuo said with genuine admiration.
'She loved money, but she was still very supportive of things like charity.'
"And the most important part is..." Xiang Xiaoxue teased, building the suspense for a second time, "you don't need a ticket for the gala. You have to enter with a special, formal invitation."
