A full twenty-four hours passed before Xin Huohuo finally woke up.
The sky was just beginning to lighten. She stared at the pale, nearly transparent gray-white light by the window, dazed for a long moment, her mind still a complete mess. Her memory, however, stretched back several days. From the whole Earth Spirit incident, from the moment she got on the plane and met the bratty kid, scene after scene flashed before her eyes like a movie.
