This call wasn't for just anyone. It was for the ship's captain, David Rogers.
BEEP, BEEP, BEEP... The call connected quickly. On the other end, David Rogers' hearty laughter immediately rang out:
"Boss, it's great to hear from you! Does this mean you've sorted out that damn sailing permit issue? That would be fantastic news."
Hearing his voice, a playful smile touched the corners of Fang Chenyi's lips. He then replied in Chinese:
"Heh, your Chinese is as terrible as ever. But yes, the route issue has indeed been resolved. You can set sail now."
Fang Chenyi wasn't lying. Ouyang Jun had already made it clear that he could simply sail the ship straight back home.
However, Fang Chenyi had no intention of sailing back immediately. After all, the three hundred crew members were still on a plane heading over, and he certainly wasn't going to take those guys back with him.
The reason he told him to set sail now was, of course, to hear what the man would say.
