Chi Yun'er's plan for the Kyoto Technology Mall was for a ten-story building. Now, an additional three underground levels were added. Two of these would be reserved for a future parking garage, and one would be a supermarket. The above-ground portion would still follow her original plan.
The other plot of land was an uneven, wooded area interspersed with lakes, making comprehensive development difficult. As a result, despite being roughly ten times the size of the land Jiang Zishi had acquired, its price was not much higher.
Developing the land would be incredibly time-consuming and labor-intensive. Most importantly, a railway line separated the plot from the city, making it unsuitable for the investment proposals envisioned by the various members of the investment group.
That was why Chi Yun'er and her team were able to snatch it up so easily.
