Yuan Si spent the next week fixated on the herd of sika deer. At first, she occasionally missed, but as her technique grew more practiced, her prey naturally increased. Her final haul was quite decent: a total of eleven sika deer.
For the following half a month, she became obsessed with a new discovery. While tracking the sika deer, she found a herd of large sheep. They were bigger than the deer, about the same size as the common sheep from her post-apocalyptic world. Of course, the similarity was only in their size; their appearance was quite different.
Yuan Si only identified the animals as sheep based on the pair of horns on their heads.
She saw that she already had plenty of venison in her space but no mutton at all. Since she was very fond of mutton, she happily switched targets and dug another trap near the sheep's habitat.
