Seeing her at the same train station twice in a row really was quite a coincidence.
Xiao Furen glanced back again, trying to be inconspicuous. The woman with the headscarf had no large luggage, just a bundle resting on her lap. As she chatted with the woman beside her, her eyes kept darting around inadvertently.
"I don't think she's a good person," Xiao Furen said. Although he wasn't close enough to the middle-aged woman to use his superpower, her behavior alone suggested she was up to no good.
'I saw her on Friday night, and here she is again today, Sunday,' he mused. 'That suggests she's the type who travels frequently by train—maybe a buyer or a salesperson for some company, or someone like me who works in another city and returns home weekly. But judging by her clothes and general disposition, she doesn't seem to be any of those.'
