Luna Nash was unfazed, but the dorm supervisor trembled even more upon hearing the word "upperclassman."
"You... you all, even if you hear strange noises at night, do not leave your room. And whatever you do, don't go to the rooftop."
Without waiting to see the girls' baffled reactions, he grabbed his tools and quickly scurried away.
"What was that all about? Was that dorm supervisor trying to tell us a ghost story in the middle of the night?"
Joy Fischer frowned, and Luna Nash was quick with a comeback.
"What's wrong? Scared? They say those with a clear conscience don't fear a ghost's knock. From the looks of it, you must have a lot to feel guilty about."
"Well, I'm so sorry to disappoint you, but I've never done a single thing I should feel guilty for. In fact, I've accumulated plenty of good karma. Even if there were a ghost, it wouldn't come looking for me."
With that, Joy Fischer huffed and haughtily spun around, returning to her room.
