Hearing this, the assistant couldn't hide his delight and nodded repeatedly.
"Yes, Boss!"
"Happy New Year."
Drew Thorne gave a faint smile, tossed out those words, and strode out of the company, leaving his dazed assistant standing there alone.
The assistant pushed up his glasses, quickly pulled out his phone, and posted an announcement in the large group chat that didn't include the boss.
