Gu Yuxin's expression soured. To her, Chu Yao's gasp was an act of contempt. How dare that woman ignore her.
Gu Yuxin gritted her teeth, staring at Chu Yao's face. She wanted nothing more than to charge forward and rip off her facade.

"You just wait. I'll tear that mask off you and let everyone see how disgusting you really are."
After tossing out those cold words, Gu Yuxin stalked away in her high heels. Chu Yao was left standing there, completely baffled. 'What did I even do to her?'
'Seriously? They'd never even crossed paths. How could she have possibly provoked her?'
Chu Yao pouted. He Qiao walked over with a cup of herbal tea, just in time to see the back of Gu Yuxin as she left in a huff.
