After dinner, Shi Yubai was the first to head upstairs.
Xu Shengxia stayed behind to chat with Zhen Su for a bit before she also went upstairs.
Shi Yubai's room was on the second floor, near the staircase.
Xu Shengxia's room was on the third floor, in the westernmost room.
After returning to his room, Shi Yubai didn't sit down on his armchair. Instead, he leaned against the door, waiting.
Only after hearing Xu Shengxia's footsteps coming up the stairs did a smile play on his lips. He shoved his hands in his pockets and walked over to the armchair.
He took out his phone, opened his chat with Xu Shengxia, and started typing a message:

Xu Shengxia entered her room and heard her phone's notification sound. She took it out to check.
When she saw it was a message from Shi Yubai, a blush crept onto Xu Shengxia's pretty face.
She typed for a long while before replying:
[About to take a shower.]
When Shi Yubai saw her reply, his handsome face flushed red too.
