"Will you come?" Liora asked, turning toward me with hopeful eyes.
Making me rethink my decision....
"Are you going?" I asked back.
"Of course," Liora replied immediately. "We need to unwind after everything that's happened."
"We're all going, right?" Theo asked hopefully, looking around at our group with wide, pleading eyes.
Lyra nodded.
Liora nodded.
Elion nodded.
Even Kaden gave a small, reluctant shrug that seemed to mean yes.
Only Thorne and I remained silent.
"Don't be party poppers," Theo complained dramatically.
"I'll think about it," I said carefully.
Thorne didn't answer at all.
"As long as you're there, Thorne will be there," Theo said confidently, grinning.
I immediately glared at him.
Theo grinned wider.
Thorne looked completely uninterested in defending himself as he look outside the window.
Coward.
Fortunately, before Theo could embarrass me any further, the bus finally reached the academy's grand gates.
