Chapter 19 - The Wedding Day : Welcoming Guests

On the wedding day, guests began arriving one by one, slowly filling the venue with chatter, laughter, and familiar voices. The place came alive almost instantly. It didn't feel stiff or overly formal at all—instead, it felt warm and relaxed, more like a big family reunion than a traditional wedding ceremony.

Allen and the women stood near the entrance together, greeting everyone as they arrived. Handshakes, hugs, friendly jokes—everything came naturally. Some guests looked surprised, some amused, and others just smiled as if they'd already accepted that this was exactly the kind of wedding Allen would have.

"Hey, you actually made it," Allen said with a grin to one guest after another.

"Wouldn't miss this for the world," someone replied, laughing.

The women beside him welcomed the guests just as warmly, chatting easily, guiding them inside, and making sure everyone felt comfortable.

Around that time, Hestia suddenly spotted two people she clearly hadn't seen in years. Her face lit up instantly.

"Jasmine! Amber! You finally made it!" she exclaimed, hurrying over and pulling both of them into a tight hug, laughing happily as if they'd only been apart for a few weeks instead of years. They were her old friends—her juniors back in school—and seeing them again genuinely made her day.

When Allen noticed them, however, he froze for a brief moment.

Amber and Jasmine were both undeniably beautiful, the kind of presence that naturally drew attention. At the same time, Allen remembered exactly who they were—Rob's daughters from his previous marriage. That thought grounded him a little, though it didn't completely stop his eyes from wandering. His gaze lingered longer than he intended to, especially on Jasmine, who was walking toward him with long, confident strides.

Hestia, completely oblivious—or maybe just not caring—smiled brightly and spoke up.

"Allen, these are Jasmine and Amber, the friends I told you about," she said cheerfully, not even bothering with a formal introduction.

Jasmine stepped forward first, lifting her hand for a handshake.

"Hi, I'm Jasmine," she said with a playful smile, her tone light and just a little teasing.

Allen snapped out of his thoughts and smiled back, taking her hand gently.

"Oh—hi. I'm Allen. Nice to meet you, Jasmine," he replied politely, though the brief contact made him pause for half a second longer than usual.

Then Amber stepped in, smiling confidently as she raised one eyebrow slightly.

"Hey, I'm Amber. Nice meeting you," she said, her expression making it pretty clear she found Allen interesting too.

Not long after they finished shaking hands, Hestia suddenly grabbed both of them.

"Alright, come on, let's get inside," Hestia said quickly. "I already prepared outfits for you guys."

"Hey, hey—slow down, Hestia," Jasmine laughed as she was pulled along, sneaking one last glance back at Allen.

"Honestly," Jasmine said with a teasing grin, "I didn't expect you to end up with a guy that handsome. I'm kinda jealous."

"Hehehe, about that…" Hestia replied lightly. "I'll tell you everything once we're inside."

Amber, meanwhile, caught the look on her stepsister's face and immediately knew what was going on.

Unbelievable this bitch… is she seriously interested in Hestia's man now? Amber thought, clearly annoyed, and she wanted to apologize to Hestia in her heart.

She knew Jasmine all too well—ever since high school, she'd always had a thing for older men.

And judging by that look just now… nothing had changed. But at the same time, she was also a little jealous of her senior who was able to find such a handsome man to marry.

....

Not long after that, Lenny and his family arrived at the venue. As soon as the car stopped, Lenny took off his sunglasses and sighed.

"Alright, guys," he said seriously, glancing at everyone. "Let's try to act like normal people in there, okay?"

Roxanne looked at him, confused. "What's wrong with your sunglasses?" she asked. "Why'd you take them off all of a sudden?"

"I just don't want people calling me—" Lenny started.

"HOLLYWOOD!"

The shout cut him off instantly.

Lenny froze.

"See?" he muttered under his breath.

Kurt had just parked his car right next to them and was already waving both arms like an idiot. "Hollywood!" he yelled again, grinning.

Lenny sighed, waved back, and stepped out of the car. "Yeah, yeah… that's me."

Kurt burst out laughing as he walked over and immediately pulled Lenny into a big hug.

"Haha! Look who it is—Kurt McKenzie in the flesh!" Lenny said loudly. "Man, how you been? Get over here!"

They hugged like they hadn't seen each other in years.

Then Lenny turned to Kurt's wife. "Deanne, wow—you look great."

"Oh really?" Deanne said, smiling.

"Absolutely," Lenny replied confidently. Then he leaned in and whispered, "My wife and the kids are over there. You should go say hi."

"Haha, sure," Deanne said, heading off to greet Roxanne and the kids.

Kurt stepped back and looked Lenny up and down. "Wow, man… your ass is getting bigger. You're starting to look like a Kardashian."

Lenny snorted. "Yeah? And you look like Michael Vick—if he got bullied in high school."

They both cracked up, laughing way too hard at their own insults.

"Alright, alright," Lenny said, wiping tears from his eyes. "Let's go find Allen. Where's that guy hiding?"

He glanced toward his wife and kids chatting nearby. "Hey, girls—come on. Let's go say hi to Allen first."

They all started walking toward one of the castle-like buildings.

Kurt whistled as he looked around. "Damn, this place is huge. You sure your cousin isn't secretly British royalty now?"

Then he squinted ahead. "Oh—there he is. Our prince is talking with some people."

Kurt cupped his hands around his mouth and yelled at the top of his lungs,

"HEY, PRINCE CHARLES!"

The shout echoed.

Allen immediately turned his head toward the noise—only to see Kurt and Lenny approaching with their families, both of them wearing those unmistakable stupid grins.

The chaos had officially arrived.

On the wedding day, the guests started arriving one by one, and the venue slowly came alive with chatter, laughter, and familiar faces. It felt warm and lively—more like a big family gathering than a stiff, formal ceremony. Allen and the women were busy welcoming the guests as they arrived.

"Heyyy, you guys finally made it! I thought you weren't gonna show up," Allen said as he walked over and pulled Kurt and Lenny into a hug.

"Of course we came. No way I'm missing the fancy wedding of our little guy," Kurt said with a grin.

"Little guy? Well, I think I'm the one who should be calling you the little guy now," Allen shot back, laughing.

"Alright, big boy then," Kurt replied after noticing that Allen was now clearly taller than him.

"Oh yeah, let me introduce my brides," Allen said, gesturing proudly as he introduced Raviel, Tiamat, Hera, Athena, Artemis, Aphrodite, Demeter, and Persephone.

As for Hestia, she was inside chatting with two of her close friends, so Allen couldn't introduce her at the moment. And Castoria, of course, wasn't part of the brides—she was still a student, after all. Here, Castoria was introduced simply as Raviel and Tiamat's younger sister.

"Hey, nice to meet you all. I'm Kurt—oh, and let me introduce my wife and my kids," Kurt said, glancing over while Allen was also greeting his wife and mother-in-law.

"Nice to meet you too, Kurt," the beautiful women replied, introducing themselves one by one.

"Damn, Allen, you really are one lucky guy. I honestly don't even know how you managed to pull off an open relationship like this," Kurt said, giving Allen a thumbs-up.

"Haha, thanks. Yeah, I really am a lucky guy," Allen replied with a grin.

"Well, you really are a lucky guy," said Mama, Kurt's mother-in-law, eyeing Allen with a smirk. "Especially getting to marry women who look this spicy. You and Lenny clearly have great taste."

"Ohhh, Mama," Allen replied smoothly, grinning, "they really are delicious."

Mama laughed and nodded knowingly. "Yeah, I can see that—especially from how they all seem to be having a bit of trouble standing right now," she added casually while greeting the women.

"Hi, I'm Deanne, Kurt's wife," Deanne said as she walked up with Roxanne. "Wow, you're all seriously gorgeous."

"Thank you. You look beautiful too—absolutely glowing," Raviel replied warmly. Then she tilted her head slightly. "Especially with your pregnancy right now."

Deanne immediately frowned. "What the hell are you talking about?"

That response made Raviel and the others freeze on the spot, their faces going blank in perfect unison.

Then Deanne burst out laughing. "Hahaha! Look at your faces—your expressions are hilarious." She wiped a tear from her eye. "Relax, I'm kidding. Totally joking."

That did it. Everyone around them laughed.

"Ohhh, by the way, I'm a little jealous of you all," Deanne whispered—though her voice was loud enough for Kurt and everyone else to hear. "Especially since Allen looks like he's great in bed. Very different from my husband, who can only manage to plant his seed in my womb."

"Hey! …Hello? Sorry, babe, but I can hear you very clearly," Kurt said, clearly bothered.

Luckily, the mood shifted instantly when Lenny child's phone suddenly rang with a ringtone blasting, "I'm a gangster, I'm a gangster."

"Hey—wait, hold on, Greg," Lenny snapped at his son. "Didn't I already tell you to turn your phone off at an important event like this?"

"Yeah… but this is my massage therapist calling."

"What?! No. Turn it off. No phones here. Do you understand?" Lenny said firmly.

Suddenly, Marcus walked in. "Whattt… no phones? Then I guess I'll just leave."

"Higgie!" Lenny, Allen, and Kurt shouted at the same time.

"Hahaha, look who showed up without an invitation," Marcus Higgie said proudly, swaying his body like he owned the place. He raised his arms, and the three of them pulled him into a group hug.

"Haha, sorry I didn't send you an invitation," Allen said with a grin. "But hey, I knew you'd come anyway, so I figured it was fine."

"Well, I'm used to that," Marcus laughed. "Honestly, if you had sent me an invitation, I probably wouldn't have come."

"Hahaha, alright, alright—let me introduce my brides," Allen said, once again introducing them.

"Hey, hello there, sexy brides," Marcus said, quickly shaking hands with the women.

He let out a low whistle. "Damn, Allen. They're seriously spicy. And ohhh… now I get why they agreed to let you do polygamy like this," he added after noticing Raviel, Tiamat, and Aphrodite standing with canes.

"Good job, man," Marcus said, raising his hand high for a celebratory high-five with Allen.

"Ohhh, by the way, Lenny—when are you gonna start working out so your body can look like our little guy here?" Marcus said, nodding toward Allen.

"Hey… what's that supposed to mean?" Lenny shot back.

"Well," Marcus shrugged, "you're fat."

"I am not fat!" Lenny protested immediately.

"Oh, by the way," Marcus continued, glancing over, "are those your kids, Lenny? And who's that pretty girl with them—your housekeeper?"

"No, she's not my housekeeper," Lenny replied quickly. "She's Allen's housekeeper. I mean, look at this place—Allen obviously needs help around here, right?" He turned to Allen, clearly throwing him under the bus. "Right, Allen?"

Allen opened his mouth to say no—but Lenny started coughing exaggeratedly, shooting him desperate looks, silently begging.

"…Yeah," Allen sighed. "She's my housekeeper."

"Damn, Allen," Marcus said, giving him a bro-style fist bump. "You even have a sexy housekeeper."

"Hey!" Eric Lamosoff suddenly called out as he arrived with his family.

"Lamosoff—heyyy!" the guys shouted back.

Eric laughed and hugged them all. "Man, it's been a long time, Lenny. And look at this—our lucky groom the one and only Allen Winter."

"Hahaha, look at you," Allen said, grinning. "You've gotten bigger."

"Well, I'm pretty sure he's rocking a B-cup now," Lenny added, mocking Eric like he was wearing a bra because of his weight.

"Hey, Prince of England," Eric fired back at Allen, "don't mess up your vows later—especially when you're marrying nine women at once."

Then Eric turned to Lenny. "And what's this? Are you seriously wearing an earring to a wedding?"

"Hahahaha!"

Everyone burst out laughing, the insults flying back and forth like old times.

"Hey, hey, guys, look who just showed up with his mom," Marcus said, snickering as he pointed toward Rob, who had just arrived with his wife, Gloria. "Dude looks like Captain Carling from the SS Melodrama."

"Oh, Allen, I seriously hope you don't let him give a speech at your wedding," Kurt added, laughing as he teased Rob. "He'll knock everyone out cold on your wedding night."

"Hahaha, yeah, that might be tough, guys," Allen replied with a grin. "Unless I spike his drink with some sleeping pills after the party."

"Heeey…" everyone groaned half-heartedly as they walked toward Rob together.

"Hey," Rob greeted them. "Good to see you all—especially our lucky groom this time," he said, pulling them into a group hug.

"Thanks, man. You're looking good," Allen said. "Oh, by the way, let me introduce you—these are my eight brides. One of them is still inside getting ready with her friend," he added, gesturing toward the girls.

"Nice to meet you all. I'm Rob."

"Ohhh, so you're Rob. Nice to meet you," Raviel said cheerfully, and the others followed, shaking his hand one by one.

"Well, Allen, sounds like you've told them a lot about me," Rob said suspiciously.

"Hahaha, of course," Raviel replied innocently. "Allen always tells us about this guy named Rob—the one who didn't hit puberty until he was nineteen, right?"

"Allen, where did you hear that secret?" Rob asked, turning sharply toward him.

"Well… from Lenny, obviously," Allen said, glancing at Lenny. Rob immediately turned to him.

"Seriously, man?" Rob said, shaking his head in disbelief.

Just then, Gloria stepped forward to greet them.

"Oh, and this must be your mom, right?" Said Aphrodite, who finally joined the conversation, seeing Gloria approach and reaching out to shake her hand.

"My wife," Rob corrected awkwardly.

"O-ohhh, sorry about that," Aphrodite said, in a confused tone.

"Hi, I'm Gloria. Nice to meet you all," she said warmly. "Wow, you're all so beautiful. This really reminds me of my younger days." Then she tilted her head. "Oh—and what happened to your legs, dear? Yours too."

"Oh, that?" Aphrodite answered casually. "Allen was just a little too rough with us in bed."

"Ohhh, well, young people really are energetic," Gloria laughed loudly.

"Alright, alright, why don't you all head inside?" Allen said with a relaxed smile as he gestured toward one of the separate buildings inside the castle. "You must be exhausted after the trip. Go get some rest."
