Chapter 1 - (Chapter α) - The Seal Of Kalapashana Samadhi

Five thousand years ago…

When the world was still young, and the gods still walked among men — Hell itself tried to break into Earth.

Not through the skies.

Not through the oceans.

But through the soil of Bharata Varsha, beneath a quiet coastal land that would one day be called Sathankulam.

That place was Kalapashana Samadhi Tomb Temple.

In those forgotten ages, the Asura King Mahishasura performed a forbidden tapasya — a penance so dark that even the Devas feared it.

For twelve thousand days, he meditated inside a burning pit of bones and ash, feeding his body with poison and his soul with hatred. His goal was simple:

To tear open the gate of Naraka (The Hell) — the realm of endless suffering — and merge it with the human world.

And he succeeded.

The earth cracked.

The sky bled red.

And from beneath the land, a wound in reality opened.

From that wound emerged creatures that did not belong to life —

Pishachas, vyomasuras and nameless horrors that fed on fear, flesh, and despair.

Villages vanished overnight.

Rivers turned red.

The dead walked again.

Human prayers reached the heavens in waves of agony.

Hearing these cries, Lord Shiva, the destroyer and protector of balance, opened his third eye.

His gaze alone turned mountains into dust.

But this was no ordinary invasion.

The gate was not merely a tear —

It was a living wound, anchored to the mortal plane by Kaalanemi's own soul.

Destroying it directly would tear the world apart.

So Shiva chose another path.

He summoned the three immortal sages.

He summoned Agni, the god of fire.

He summoned Varuna, lord of oceans.

He summoned Yama, ruler of death.

And together, they prepared a ritual never to be repeated again.

A ritual that would:

Seal Hell itself.

At the center of the battlefield, Shiva struck the ground with his Trishula.

The land split open, revealing the raging gate — a swirling abyss of screaming souls and writhing shadows.

Mahishasura emerged, towering like a living mountain of muscle and flame.

Their battle shook the three worlds.

Each blow shattered reality.

Each roar echoed across time.

At the final moment, Shiva placed his palm on Mahishasura's chest and whispered:

"Return to nothingness."

With a single pulse of divine energy, the Asura King was erased — his soul bound into the gate itself, becoming the final lock.

Then came the sealing.

These sages etched ancient mantras into the earth.

Agni forged divine chains of flame.

Varuna drowned the abyss with sacred waters.

Yama cast the law of death upon the gate.

And Shiva performed the Mahabandhanam — the Absolute Seal.

Stone rose from the ground.

Mantras hardened into reality.

Time itself bent.

Thus, the kalapashana Samadhi Tomb Temple was born — a holy structure built not for worship…

…but as a prison for Hell.

Before leaving, Shiva warned:

"As long as human hearts remain pure, the seal shall endure."

"But when hatred, fear, and despair overflow…"

"The gate will awaken once more."

And so, guardians were appointed.

Bloodlines sworn.

Oaths carved into destiny.

And the truth was buried beneath centuries of prayer, ritual, and silence.

Now…

After five thousand years…

The mantras are fading slowly.

The stone is cracking.

The seal are weakening..

But still stable...
