The team headquarters was hushed under the cover of night. Most of the staff had already headed home, but Veer and Anmol remained behind, buried in the remnants of the day's work.
Suddenly, the overhead lights began to flicker violently. A strange, high-level energy seemed to fill the room, making the air feel heavy. On the computer screens, the displays dimmed and then flared with an unexpected, blinding light.
"What is this?" Veer asked, shielding his eyes. "Is this the energy Shivansh was talking about?"
"I don't know," Anmol replied, his hands flying across the keyboard. "I was just finishing up the reports from headquarters while we were working on that case..."
"Wait!" Veer interrupted, leaning closer to a monitor. "Anmol, I think this is some kind of signal that someone is trying to send us. Can you track it?"
Anmol shook his head tentatively. "I know very little about this type of signal, but I will try my best to decode it."
"Stop!" Veer commanded. "Just take a video of everything happening right now. Tomorrow we will discuss this with Hardik."
"Sir, this could be dangerous," Anmol warned. "We have a lot of sensitive data at headquarters, and this interference could be harmful."
Veer's expression remained grim. "He won't do that. He is challenging us directly by giving us information about himself. This is a fight, and we will win it. Shut down the power supply now so he can't extract any more data."
"Yes, Sir."
As Anmol moved to kill the power, the room plunged into darkness. He stood there for a moment. Veer thought in his mind , A clone shouldn't be able to do this . Could it be the creator of the clones? Everything is getting messy.
"Everything is done, Sir," Anmol said aloud.
"Good," Veer replied. "Now let's go home, brother."
