"[A new rule has been added! Now, players can transfer any number of points to each other!]"
Hearing this new rule, the Jujutsu Sorcerers and newly awakened Culling Game players sighed in relief.
"This means that people don't have to kill to obtain points."
Itadori Yuji muttered as Kogane suddenly appeared by his side and announced the new rule.
Currently, he is somewhere in Tokyo with Choso, exorcising Cursed Spirits together while avoiding others.
"Yuji, till when will you avoid others?"
"...Choso, I killed people... So many people..."
"That wasn't you. It was Sukuna. I, on the other hand, killed people on my own... Because I thought that living as a Curse will be easier for me and my brothers..."
"...Sorry. I killed your brothers..."
"It's fine. It was a misunderstanding. If they were in my place, they would have said the same."
"Still, I can't stay with everyone. I am sure Sukuna is planning to do something with Fushiguro."
"[New Rule added! All players, except Geto Suguru and Kenjaku, can go in and out of any barriers!]"
Kogane announced another news soon after.
"Huh!? Except Geto Suguru and Kenjaku? I understand Geto, but who is Kenjaku?"
Choso shook his head in worry.
"At the very least, whoever added the rule considers Norithoshi Kamo an enemy.
But, with this rule, Sorcerers and Cursed Spirits from all the colonies will be able to go out as they please and cause more chaos all over the country.
Yuji, this is going to be bad."

Ijichi informed everyone of the first new rule added announced by Tsumiki's Kogane.
Everyone sighed in relief.
"This means that players don't necessarily have to kill each other now."
"[New Rule added! All players, except Geto Suguru and Kenjaku, can go in and out of any barriers!]"
As soon as 'Tsumiki' heard the second new rule, she wanted to flee to her homeland Aizu, which is now Sendai.
But she has to wait for Sukuna to appear first.
Ijichi who is staying by her side, informed everyone of the second new rule, and everyone frowned.
"Isn't Geto the Game Master of the Culling Game? Then how can he be restricted?"
Yuta was confused about this.
Yuki thought about it, and then said, "He wouldn't be able to conduct such a huge operation normally. He doesn't have THAT much Cursed Energy. So he must have taken some binding vows to make it possible.
It's either that there is no Game Master, or it is someone else.
Yuta, Megumi, Panda, we are going to meet Tengen."
She has an inkling that Tengen might be related to this somehow.

Kenjaku chuckled as he heard the new rules.
"I guess a sorcerer of this era and from a previous era has teamed up, or Tengen has outed my identity."
Uraume asked him, "So, what do you plan to do now?"
"Well, my plan to gather immense amounts of Curse Energy is put in jeopardy if the players just exit the colonies.
Given that network doesn't reach in colonies, most newly awakened sorcerers will probably prefer being out of the colonies."
He shrugged.
"Uraume, let's go abroad to gather sources of Cursed Energy. It was a back-up plan just to fill up a few colonies, but with this rule being added so early, I guess I need to go all-in on this plan."
Kenjaku was still carefree though. He was also interested in how the world's militaries perform against Jujutsu Sorcerers, now that Gojo Satarou is out of the picture and he wouldn't just stomp the world.
He wondered how many countries can he convince into invading Japan?
