With Light's specialized teleportation technique, Sovereign, Light, Leather Roblo and Riri-Puff are teleported to a remote rural cultivation sect.

Light, Sovereign, Roblo and Puff observe while holding off their own opinions.
Soon enough, a disciple of this dimensions state supervisor arrives.
"Greetings, [Encrypted name], please refrain from engaging in drama that bypass Heavens restrictions and other violations.
I kindly advise you to familiarize yourself with this dimensions Heavenly laws, as further violations will result in administrative action in form of Heavenly punishment will be taken against you.

Hearing this, the mortals in this drama watched their mouths carefully now, as to not violate any further rules.
At the same time, after this warning, Sovereign uses a time chamber to temporarily decrease time flow for the four of them.
With a graceful stance, hands behind his back, and his voice echoing through the dimension, Sovereign begins speaking once again.

That representative managed to perfectly showcase a radiating eminence,
successfully silencing the perpetrators in their eyes.
This swift execution was truly remarkable."
"If fate grants me the permission, this sovereign shall use today's insights to craft something completely anew once again.
It is always with excitement that this sovereign watches the acts of authority with the goal of right order."
Time flows naturally again after Sovereign's thoughts.
Everyone else remained silent for now, as it seems the Sovereign soon will have more to say.

Truth be told, Heaven does not directly reward intellect, virtue, nor merit.
If not that, what exactly does Heaven reward?
Some of the key aspects are Resonance, Insight and the ability to perceive Heaven's will.
Those are what we call 'Carriers of the Heavenly Mandate', specifically, those, who have accepted their Mandate as the Carrier of Heavenly Will.
This is because each living being has its own Mandate given by the Heavens.
Every single being has a mission to fulfill.
If one can identify that mission, it will naturally be of great benefit for the Heavenly Mandate.
This can form itself in different directions, as we have seen.
Let us take the recent seen actions of the mortals into account for this.
The morning, fine like hair, along with the rising sunlight, clear the fog and the darkness of the snowy night.
Venerable Light obvserves with utmost attention.
Firstly, it was seen that there was chaos amongst the mortals.
To solve the chaos, disciple of the state supervisor used their authority to exert the rules of this dimension.
Their act was one of external enforcement.
That person held authority without having to show off their physicalpower.
Instead, they gave a simple verbal warning which brought peace to the chaos.
There was no punishment nor sanction needed.
That is the art of using the least possible in causality while solving a problem.
In afar, the disciple of the state supervisor feels a strange chill running down their spine, though they are not aware as to why.
Secondly, we have all witnessed the spectacular attempts of mediation by the mortal Hide.
After the external enforcement already exerted their power,
with blatant overenthusiasm, mortal Hide extravagantly failed.
He failed not because his intentions were wrong or unjust.
Instead, Hide failed due to his inability to perceive the situation.
His efforts were not alligned with the Heavenly Will.
As such, one could argue it was a wasted effort, which only led to a humiliation for him.
Not far away, mortal Hide still feels a strange vibration of uneasiness, although he is not aware as to why.
Hide still has strong regrets to his failure and does not understand as to why he failed.
Thirdly, and also lastly, Diplomat Sunny was able to precisely strike at this mistake, contributed by her insight that resonated with the Heavenly Will.
We have seen that with just a few words spoken, Sunny was able to dissect the mistakes Hide made prior to her.
It is what mortals call "instinct" or "inner voice" that led to this decisive acting.
Not only that, Sunny was able to convey the message to the highest level of precision.
It was understandable to even the illiterate mortals what Sunny meant.
It was clear that the actions of Sunny were in harmony with the Heavenly Will.
At the same time, Sunny feels a rush of endorphines through her body. She feels more energized and happy, though she does not know as to why.

The reason why Heaven gave you a hard tribulation was because the power you would have gained after it was so immense that it stood in an inadequate correlation to your spiritual resonance with the Heavenly Will.
This is anchored in paragraph 835 of the Grand Heavenly Cosmic Order, which says that entering and reaching realms above the Loose Immortal Realm require an adequate correlation to the spiritual resonance with the Heavenly Will.
In your case, there was a misunderstanding regarding that, which ultimately led to a lower spiritual resonance.
That is also why you failed the tribulations, despite your efforts.
The failure itself was also not to decrease your lifespan or to demotivate.
To arise means to fall first.
Since you were on the verge of reaching the peak of the mortal realm, you had to experience a fall first.
Worry not, this is auspicious, since you gained this insight.
Remember to keep this in mind, and you shall ascend in your next tribulations."
