Isla made a decision.
She couldn't do everything. Couldn't be everything. Couldn't keep running herself into the ground trying to be both CEO and mother and wife and queen.
Something had to give.
So she restructured. Again.
Catherine became COO. Full operational authority. Day-to-day decisions. Everything that didn't require Isla's strategic input.
Dmitri became head of security and enforcement. Handling threats. Managing the dangerous parts. Everything Isla used to do herself.
Luca became her chief of staff. Coordinating everything. Making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Being the buffer between Isla and the constant demands.
And Isla—Isla became what she should have been all along.
Strategic leader. Final decision maker. Big picture thinker.
Not micromanager. Not superhuman. Not trying to do everything herself.
