Chapter 164 - Chapter 77: Three Years or More, Maximum Penalty is Death

Just as Tohru and Utaha were out shopping, a cute little tail kept following behind the two. Tohru, too excited, didn't notice, but Utaha had already spotted it but never exposed it, letting this little cutie follow them.

It wasn't until Utaha and Tohru returned home that she hesitantly approached the door, intending to knock.

"Come in! The door isn't locked."

Hearing that from behind the door, the little cutie was startled. Her trembling little hand struggled to reach the doorknob, then pushed the door open.

Seeing Utaha standing at the entrance with a smiling face, she instantly hugged her head and squatted on the ground, almost making Utaha's nose bleed from cuteness.

"Um…"

"There's no mistake. The aura on you is that of a god. Why are you with Tohru-sama, who is of Chaos-Evil Order? What are your intentions?"

Just when the atmosphere felt a bit awkward and Utaha wanted to find a topic, she was cut off by the little cutie, who suddenly mustered her courage. Like a certain elementary school detective, she pointed her right index finger at Utaha and deduced.

"Why is there another girl's voice, Utaha-sama?"

"Eh! Kanna, why are you here?"

Suddenly hearing the voice, Tohru instantly rushed out of the kitchen, questioning Utaha, but then looked down and saw a familiar figure.

"Tohru-sama, I finally found you."

Kanna's cute, teary eyes sparkled with tears as she rushed towards Tohru, who was also surprised and hugged her.

"What's going on, Utaha-sama?"

"I don't know either. Let's ask her after she calms down!"

Of course, Utaha knew the reason, but she thought it would be better to let the little one explain it herself. With this thought, Utaha simply sat by, drinking coffee and watching the commotion.

After some comforting, Kanna finally calmed down and began to describe her situation to Tohru.

"Because I was banished for a prank. Really, Kanna is still a child!"

While complaining about the dragon elders' lack of understanding and comforting Kanna (the elder, clutching his shorn beard, was on the verge of tears), Tohru seemed to have forgotten how she came to this world.

Wasn't it because she impulsively rushed into a trap set by the other party and almost kicked the bucket?

"Tohru-sama, why did you come to this world, and why are you with the gods who almost killed you?"

As she spoke, Kanna's cute little face instantly darkened, and she glared 'fiercely' at Utaha, who was drinking coffee.

"How should I put it! I am now wholeheartedly in love with Lady Utaha."

Seeing that familiar expression, Utaha knew that the other party had entered a yandere state, and Kanna instantly exploded.

"Sure enough, what methods did you use to deceive Lady Tohru?"

"You hentai!"

"Although you are very cute, it's not right to label people like that. Besides, how am I a hentai?"

"Kanna!"

"Don't say anything, Tohru, let me speak a few words."

Stopping Tohru, who was about to argue with Kanna, Utaha felt it would be better if she said something herself, as Tohru would never be able to explain things clearly.

"Kanna, is it okay to call you that?"

"Mm! Although I know you don't trust me, I still want to say that I have no ill will towards you. From your perspective, factions must be divided into high and low, but power is your own, and your heart is your own. A few less powers won't make a big difference in that endless struggle, so why can't we just sit down peacefully and communicate as good friends?"

"My heart tells me this: I don't like fighting; I like peace. Kanna, are you willing to live in peace with me and be my good friend?"

As she spoke, Utaha extended her hand to Kanna. Kanna hesitated, looking at the fair hand before her, then at Utaha's sincere eyes.

"Gods or whatever, I don't believe in them."

"So, let's try to get to know each other first, and then you can judge for yourself, won't that be better? Besides, you have nowhere to live in this world, so just live here with me. Consider this your home."

Reaching out to stroke the little head that was sobbing, Utaha gently hugged her. Perhaps it was because of Utaha's last word, 'home,' Kanna hugged Utaha tightly and cried. Tohru watched this scene warmly from the side, secretly shedding tears of joy.

And so, Kanna officially became a member of the family. Although Tohru had some reservations, she still agreed.

"Lady Utaha, Kanna is only three thousand years old; she's still a child who has just grown out of infancy among dragons. Please be mindful of your behavior and don't cross the line. I heard the punishment here is 'a minimum of three years, a maximum of death penalty.' Of course, if Lady Utaha wants to resolve any… sexual issues, you can come to me."

"How could that be? Go make your dinner!"

Seeing Tohru, who had once again fallen into her yandere state while talking, Utaha quickly told her to go do her work.

Just as Utaha was pondering the benefits of lolis, in another world, two great gods clashed again.

"You're so persistent, Gaia! Can't you learn some manners? When you fight, you should send a declaration of war first before starting. Rushing in without a greeting, are you trying to ambush me? Or are you trying to ambush me?"

Alaya looked helplessly at Gaia, who was confronting her. God knows how she dodged that blunt club just now; it was too close. If she hadn't been lucky enough to turn around to pick something up, she probably would have been hit.

"If a guy with a cockroach's life like you could die, we would have already entered Ragnarok."

Gaia didn't believe her nonsense. She had already noticed that the other party had been on guard. Otherwise, her attack wouldn't have missed. If it had succeeded, she might have been able to get rid of this guy who had always opposed her.

"Oh my Oh my How can you compare a beautiful and charming me to something like a cockroach? If you're going to compare me, compare me to a phoenix rising from the ashes! Really, where have all your years of etiquette gone?"

"I've truly never seen such a'shameless person (god)'."

Gaia said through gritted teeth. In terms of sharp tongues, she was no match for this bitch. It was a sad story. If the other party wasn't better at escaping and more agile than her, she would have long ago pinned her to the ground, flattened her into a meat patty, and then blasted her with tens of thousands of divine forbidden secret arts.

"That's a question I should be asking you. You ran into my jurisdiction to attack me, and you're still justified?"

Alaya said forcefully. Although basically all worlds were split evenly between her and the other party, when it came to human affairs, she generally had the final say. She hadn't expected the other party to actually run to a human dwelling, find her, and almost fall into her trap.

"I don't like you, so I attacked you."

Gaia said with a regretful expression, as if she were talking about something insignificant, like "What should I eat for lunch?"

"Is that so! That makes things easy. Die, you globe!"

Alaya expressionlessly raised the sword in her hand and lunged at the other party. The two instantly began to wrestle, and the scene was simply uncontrollable.
