Chapter 215 - Chapter 128: Zeus and the Violin

"Hot girl, fucker!... Ugh, sang it wrong."

"To meet in a sea of billions, how difficult it is."

In a small European-style garden, Zeus, with her big belly, was lying on a lounge chair, reading a book and humming a song.

She was clearly in a good mood recently, but as her due date approached, she planned to use this good mood to resist the fear of future labor pains.

However, compared to the cheerful Zeus, Hades's face seemed somewhat troubled.

The main reason was that during her last infiltration of the Heavenly Realm, she seemed to have accidentally heard some very bad news.

That Gaia was causing unknown disturbances in the Heavenly Realm.

This unknown and uncontrollable situation made Hades very worried that the other party might suddenly attack her five sisters.

In the current situation, Hades's chance of winning against Gaia was less than ten percent.

Although the other party currently had no intention of leaving the Heavenly Realm, Hades still had to be cautious.

Once Zeus accidentally exposed herself, or Gaia prepared to eliminate her five sisters, as soon as there was any sign of it, she was ready to abandon the Underworld at any time and take Zeus to escape.

"What's wrong, Hades?"

Taking a small sip of red tea, Zeus looked at the gloomy Hades beside her and asked curiously.

"Nothing, that thing you told me about last time, I finally made what you wanted by combining your idea with human instruments."

Temporarily suppressing the unease and anxiety in her heart, Hades smiled and said to Zeus.

She had originally planned to delay giving this to Zeus for a few days, waiting for a better time, but since she had no other topic now, she might as well talk about this.

"Alright! Bring it out, it's better to listen to music and cleanse the soul recently."

Since Hades had said so, Zeus no longer delved into her sister's emotional issues.

Right now, what she wanted was more interesting to her.

"Don't rush, here it is."

Looking at the eager Zeus, Hades smiled and pulled out an exquisite box from the void.

This was something she had... cough cough! When she took two divine positions, she conveniently... it really was conveniently!

She took the only piece of wood from the World Tree in the warehouse, added some dragon sinews, and some other seemingly excellent materials, which allowed Hades to create such a violin.

"Your craftsmanship is quite good!"

Opening the box Hades placed on the table, Zeus looked at the exquisite violin inside and said to Hades with some surprise.

Gently caressing the strings of the violin, Zeus immediately felt its extraordinary quality, as it contained a calming power.

"My dear, as long as you like it."

Walking to the side of the joyful Zeus, Hades stretched out her hands and embraced Zeus.

This was her favorite action; being able to hold her beloved in her arms, she felt so happy.

And Zeus, who had received a gift and was therefore indebted, tacitly approved of this intimate gesture.

After all, they had already been to bed; why care about such things?

Zeus was not one of those glamorous bitches who acted like a whore but still wanted to maintain a chaste reputation.

"I really like this gift, thank you."

After a brief adjustment, Zeus found that even though it was her first time holding the instrument, it felt incredibly natural, as if she had used it for hundreds of years.

Zeus was very satisfied with the violin and did not hesitate to praise it.

However, what Zeus didn't know was that the reason the violin felt so natural was because it had already recognized its master, and recognizing a master required a drop of blood.

So, the question is, how did Hades get Zeus's blood? (I'm sorry, I was wrong. My lord, I will never spoil again, bang~! 'Author, dead')

"Whatever you want, just tell me, I can even bring you the moon."

Hades said terrifying words with deep affection, but she indeed had the ability to do such things.

This was the age of mythology; there was nothing a god couldn't do, unless you were stronger than her.

Currently, only Gaia and Uranus could crush Hades; as for others, Hades declared that she could beat a whole bunch of them.

"Uh! Let's talk about it when needed! Let me try the violin."

If it wasn't Zeus in Hades's arms right now, but an ordinary woman, she would probably have already fallen for her, but Zeus was clearly disgusted.

She gently pushed away Hades's embracing hands, subtly stroked the goosebumps on her arm caused by the cheesy words, and tactfully said to Hades.

Reaching out and taking out the exquisite violin, Zeus couldn't help but feel a little nostalgic as she caressed its familiar shape.

When she was a teenager, her mother enrolled her in a violin class, telling her to learn to play the violin.

She was expelled within a week, not because she was too mischievous, but because the violin class went out of business.

The reason for the closure was that all the teachers were hospitalized; it was said that some had ruptured their eardrums, while others, whose eardrums were intact, had developed mental problems.

The last teacher who taught her the violin, before being carried onto the ambulance, told her: "When others practice, it sounds bad; when you practice, it's life-threatening."

After saying that, she fainted.

Since then, she had never touched a violin again.

She actually really liked the violin, otherwise she wouldn't have gone to learn it, but her talent was too terrifying.

She wondered how it would turn out this time.

But at least the King of the Underworld was by her side, so she probably wouldn't die! Probably.

"What should I play? Oh, 'Ave Maria' will do."

Fixing the violin on her shoulder, Zeus recalled a melody from her previous life and began to imitate the tune from memory.

Unexpectedly, she didn't play a terrible sound; instead, it was very pleasant to the ear.

This surprised Zeus, but more than that, she was delighted.

It seemed that her 'talent' from her previous life was not inherited in this one.

No longer worried, Zeus began to fully immerse herself.

The parts that were initially a bit rusty slowly became more proficient.

This might be related to the violin itself, as it was made with so many good materials, and combined with Zeus's identity as a goddess in this life, learning the violin was not a difficult task.

Hades, who had initially expected Zeus to make a fool of herself and planned to comfort her when she was disheartened, was now stunned by Zeus's performance.

But in the end, she let go of her little schemes and began to quietly enjoy the music Zeus was playing.

When the song ended, Zeus was drenched in sweat.

After all, two super little 'foodies' had been constantly absorbing her divine power, making her very tired.

Now, even doing one thing with all her energy was exhausting.

"Let's go inside and rest! I'll help you."

Hades walked up to the somewhat breathless Zeus, wiped her sweat, and then said to her.

Zeus, who was well aware of her physical condition, did not act stubbornly.

She nodded and, with Hades's support, returned to the house to rest, not forgetting to put the violin into her earring space before leaving.
