Damian stood at the corner with his head lowered while Ruby and Hazel grilled him relentlessly, and only Racheal spoke in his defense.
"Who in their right mind senses danger and then walks straight toward it?"
Damian kept his head bowed, saying nothing, while Racheal gently patted his back.
"That's enough. He has learned his lesson."
Racheal wrapped her arms around him and hissed at her sisters. She turned her back to them, which gave them a perfect view of Damian's face.
With his face half buried in her shoulder, Damian shot Hazel and Ruby a mischievous smile and stuck out his tongue. Their expressions twisted with shock at how naughty their husband had become simply because one of them was willing to pamper him when the others were angry.

Ruby wanted nothing more than to pounce on her troublesome husband, but she knew the moment she tried it, even Hazel would turn on her. This man was truly untouchable.
