Chapter 16 - Chapter 16 : I Will Train

The hawk began speaking.

"This is your personal world, my lord. You are the king of this training dimension."

Lonia and Arashi looked at the hawk with wide eyes. Their expressions clearly showed that they did not understand what was happening.

Lonia shouted loudly,

"Whaaaaat?! You're a king?!"

Arashi frowned and said,

"I don't even know what this place is."

Then the female hawk spoke calmly.

"Arashi has been chosen to become the ruler of this dimension. And you will be his assistant, because among everyone… you are the one he likes the most."

Arashi's cheeks immediately turned red.

"Whaaaaat?! Who said that?!"

The hawk replied,

"You did, Arashi. You spend most of your time sitting with her. According to our analysis, she is the person you like the most."

Arashi shouted angrily,

"Shut up, you stupid hawk!"

The hawk ignored his reaction and turned toward the female hawk.

"Train Rin. I will train Arashi."

Arashi then followed the hawk to a quiet area inside the dimension.

The hawk looked at him and said,

"I will start by observing you. Let's see if you can balance your power."

The hawk pulled out a small device.

"I need to measure your power."

Arashi looked at it with confusion.

"What is that device? Is it dangerous?"

The hawk replied calmly,

"Don't worry."

Suddenly, the hawk pushed the device directly into Arashi's chest.

But something strange happened.

The device did not pierce his heart like Arashi expected.

Instead, a small magical circle opened in his chest, and the device entered through it.

A moment later, the device came out again.

The circle closed instantly, and Arashi's body returned to normal as if nothing had happened.

The hawk suddenly shouted,

"Whaaaat?!"

Arashi looked confused.

"What? What happened? Is something wrong?"

The hawk shook its head.

"No… no… nothing is wrong. It's just that your power is unstable."

"Sometimes your power becomes extremely strong, almost overwhelming… and sometimes it becomes weak."

"That explains why you sometimes defeat your enemies easily… and sometimes you lose."

The hawk then produced a long list.

It contained more than a hundred training methods.

Arashi stared at the list.

He thought deeply, squeezing his brain as he tried to understand everything.

After a moment, he finally nodded.

The hawk said,

"Good decision. Let's begin."

The hawk pointed toward a distant area.

"For the first training, we will go there."

They walked toward a valley surrounded by mountains.

Inside the valley were several large stones placed in a line.

The hawk explained,

"The first stone weighs ten kilograms."

"The second weighs thirty kilograms."

"The third weighs fifty kilograms."

"The fourth weighs seventy kilograms."

"And the last one weighs one hundred kilograms."

Arashi looked at the stones with disbelief.

"Wait… you want me to carry those?"

The hawk replied,

"You must carry them out of the valley. One by one."

"You only have twenty minutes."

"Start."

Arashi stood at the edge of the valley and looked at the massive stones lined up before him.

The air inside the training dimension felt strange. Quiet, yet heavy… as if the place itself was watching him.

Behind him, the hawk stood on a tall rock, observing every movement.

The hawk said firmly,

"Begin."

Arashi took a deep breath and walked toward the first stone.

It wasn't huge compared to the others, but it was still heavy.

He placed both hands on it and tried to lift it.

At first, it didn't move.

He gritted his teeth.

"Come on… it's only ten kilograms."

He pushed harder.

The stone slowly lifted off the ground.

The weight immediately pressed down on his shoulders and back, but he managed to hold it.

Slowly, he began walking out of the valley.

Each step felt heavy.

The ground cracked slightly under his feet.

Sweat quickly formed on his forehead.

The hawk shouted from afar,

"Don't rely only on your muscles. Try to balance your energy."

Arashi stopped for a moment while still holding the stone.

He closed his eyes slightly and tried to feel the energy inside his body.

At first, he felt nothing but exhaustion.

But after a few seconds…

Something moved inside his chest.

His eyes suddenly opened.

The stone felt slightly lighter.

Arashi whispered in surprise,

"What is this…?"

But the hawk said coldly,

"Don't get distracted. Move."

Arashi continued walking until he finally left the valley.

He dropped the stone on the ground with a loud thud.

He sat down for a moment, breathing heavily.

But the hawk immediately said,

"Nineteen minutes remaining."

Arashi looked up angrily.

"It hasn't even been five minutes!"

The hawk replied calmly,

"Then you have enough time to stop complaining."

Arashi took a deep breath, stood up again, and returned to the valley.

This time, he stood in front of the second stone.

It was much larger.

He placed his hands on it and tried to lift it.

It didn't move.

Arashi frowned.

"Thirty kilograms… that's not light."

He took a deep breath and pushed with all his strength.

The stone slowly moved.

His arms started trembling, but he managed to lift it onto his shoulders.

The hawk watched silently.

"Good… but you are wasting energy."

Arashi started walking again.

Each step became harder than the last.

His legs felt heavier and heavier.

Halfway through the valley, he stumbled slightly.

The stone almost fell.

But he quickly regained his balance.

"I won't fall now!"

He pushed forward again and finally carried the stone out of the valley.

He dropped it beside the first one.

Then he fell to his knees, breathing heavily.

His hands were shaking.

"There are still three stones left…"

From afar, the hawk said,

"Time is passing."

Arashi slowly lifted his head and looked at the hawk.

His eyes were tired, but full of determination.

"I know."

He stood up again despite the exhaustion and returned to the valley.

This time, he stood in front of the third stone.

Fifty kilograms.

He stared at it for a long moment.

Then he smiled slightly.

"Well… it looks like the real training begins now."

He placed his hands on the stone, preparing to lift it.

His eyes shone with determination.

From the distant rock, the hawk watched silently and muttered,

"Let's see… how far your unstable power can go."

And inside the valley…

Arashi's true training finally began.
