Chapter 1 - Existence

Damn it.

I really tried. I spent an entire month writing this novel. Late nights, rewrites, everything I had. I truly believed this was my best work.

And yet… nothing.

Almost no views. No likes. No comments.

It felt pointless.

Do people really not understand good writing? Or am I just not good enough?

I sighed and leaned back in my chair. Why couldn't I ever catch a break? At this rate, I'd go broke before I ever became a famous author.

"Guess I'm just a nobody," I muttered.

The thought hurt more than I wanted to admit.

I stood up and grabbed my jacket. Sitting here wasn't helping. Maybe a walk would clear my head. It was midnight, the quiet and dark night can calm my mood.

I put my things in my pockets, including a small pocket knife, just in case, and stepped outside.

The streets were quiet. Then thunder suddenly cracked across the sky.

A storm rolled in fast. Lightning flashed again and again, lighting up the dark streets. I couldn't help thinking that if lightning struck me, I'd be completely erased.

Shaking my head, I turned around to head home.

That's when I saw her.

A small girl stood alone on the sidewalk, holding a metal rod. She didn't react to the storm at all. When I looked closer, I realized she was blind. She might have been deaf too. Since she couldnt even hear the thunder

"Hey! Stop that!" I shouted.

No response.

The rod was actually a metal pipe—probably used as a walking stick. In a storm like this, it was extremely dangerous.

Without thinking, I ran up to her and grabbed the pipe from her hands. She flinched but didn't fight back.

I quickly found a wooden stick nearby and placed it in her hands instead. She felt it, nodded slightly, and continued walking away.

Just like that, she was gone.

"That was strange…" I said to myself.

She was blind, alone, and outside in the middle of the night. She probably didn't even know it was nighttime. It felt wrong.

Still holding the metal pipe, I turned around.

The air suddenly felt heavy.

The pipe began to shake.

Lightning bent toward me.

BOOM.

"No—!"

Was this really how I was going to die? Without achieving anything? Without anyone remembering me?

As everything faded, I felt strangely calm.

"…Whatever," I thought. "At least I won't have to worry anymore."

A small smile formed.

"I hope I get isekai'd…"

Everything went black.

For a long time, there was only darkness.

Nothing existed. No sound. No time. Nothing.

Then the darkness shook.

A being from a higher plane was born.

Who was it?

Of course—

It was our protagonist.

BOOM.

Reality itself reacted. Space twisted as a new existence appeared.

A Dimension Lord was born.

A being said to exist in the ninth dimension. Powerful enough to rival advanced civilizations that can reshape the multiverse itself. Some even called beings like these gods.

Others called them something else.

Reign.

*Authors note*

For those wondering the gods are not some sinple beings that can tear planets, but actual gods that are beyond conscepts, actual absolute beings

I hope you like it
