Chapter 362 - Total War

Nyalotha is N'Zoth's last stronghold, and the Void Generals who remain in this fortress are all quite capable.

While breaking free from N'Zoth's shackles and regaining Azshara's freedom, this forceful act of betrayal was not without its costs.

Andreas could see that Azshara's magical output had decreased in a short period of time, and she was clearly not as powerful as he had appeared.

Are you betting on me?

Andreas chuckled and shook his head. 'You really think highly of me.'

"Ah!"

As the familiar chirping of insects rang out, many of the Allied soldiers who were deploying their formation suddenly lost control and raised their weapons to slash at their comrades.

Mind control?

Andreas and Velen acted simultaneously, creating a large-scale barrier of holy light that enveloped the allied forces' positions. The controlled soldiers quickly regained their senses under the soothing light.

Turning my gaze toward the source of the insect chirping, I saw a four-legged monster standing behind a gravity barrier, looking at me with a smug expression.

"Be careful," Azshara warned. "That is a high-ranking Qiraji, a prophet named Skitra, left behind by the Ahn'Qiraj Empire. All high-ranking Qiraji in the Ahn'Qiraj Empire who are given the title of prophet can use powerful mind control spells."

Mind control?

Andreas smirked coldly. "Then let me see just how far your mind control can go."

"Buzz!"

Andreas focused his mental energy into a beam and unleashed it at the smug Skitra.

The two people's mind control spells collided in mid-air, and only the two people involved could feel the shift in the battle's momentum.

Andreas' mental spells were advancing towards Skitra, and no matter how anxiously the arrogant Qiraji struggled, it couldn't reverse the situation.

While Andreas was busy dealing with Skitra, a deformed Void Creature opened up numerous void portals above Nyalotha.

All sorts of deformed Void Creatures poured out of the gate. Taking advantage of their lack of physical form, they passed through Azshara's gravity barrier and launched an attack on the allied forces' front lines.

As the valiant Varian slashed through the enemy ranks, he shouted, "Fear not! This is the last battle to defend Azeroth! Fight on, warriors! Let us return home laden with victory and honor!"

The Void Creatures ' attacks are mostly based on mental corruption. Under the protection of Velen and Andreas' holy light barrier, the allied soldiers can temporarily ignore the enemy's most effective weapons.

N'Zoth is adept at modifying and twisting creatures; many of the demons seen in Burning Legion appear in ambiguous forms.

One of them, Night Elves, had previously killed a giant beast in Eversong, a modified Scourge similar to Imhotep.

The generals guarding Nyalotha were all handpicked confidants of N'Zoth, and Andreas even saw quite a few Qiraji... or Aqir, who should have been exterminated, here.

In a close contest, the brave prevail. N'Zoth wanted to strike first before Azeroth Allied Forces could establish a firm foothold, while Andreas also wanted to take advantage of this large-scale enemy operation to wipe out N'Zoth's main force and clear the way to the Spire.

Shandris specifically targeted two high-ranking Qiraji who were issuing commands from behind the Aqir army, launching a relentless barrage of arrows at the two insects.

These two high-ranking Qiraji, one using void magic and the other using potent poison, also have different forms, representing two different directions of Aqir development.

The venomous Qiraji appears to be fully armored, suggesting it's a heavy tank, while the other Void Qiraji has slender limbs, clearly indicating it's a spellcaster.

The threat posed by a demigod-level marksman's long-range sniping was immense, and Shandris single-handedly suppressed both opponents.

When Andreas finally regained control of Skitra's mind, the gravity barrier maintained by the weakened Azshara finally reached its limit.

"squeak!"

The instant the gravity barrier disappeared, Skitra suddenly let out a sharp cry, and the Void Creatures and Aqir centered on him simultaneously paused.

"Bang!"

Most of the Aqir, which possessed flesh and blood, had their heads explode on the spot, but the Void Creatures continued to charge forward unaffected.

Skitra already possessed strong mind control abilities, and if he were to rebel within the ranks, the harm he would cause to the Nyalotha garrison would be catastrophic.

All flesh and blood creatures within dozens of meters were affected by Skitra's mind control. Some triggered N'Zoth's restrictions and had their brains exploded, while others were obediently manipulated by Andreas behind Skitra.

This nested, layered control system infuriated N'Zoth, who was hiding in the spire, but he had to focus on accelerating his physical recovery and had no time to deal with the outside world's disturbances.

Behind the mighty Allied army, Jarod finally led the main force of the Night Elves from the Eternal Palace.

At the same time, the guardian dragons also entered Nyalotha in human form.

" Dragonflights, attack!"

Malygos was the first to revert to his dragon form, and an Arcane storm enveloped the Void Creatures, the powerful spells inflicting massive damage on the defenders of Nyalotha.

"roar!"

New Earth-Warder Ebysian led the Black Dragons at the forefront of the charge. The Black Dragons, with their outstanding defensive capabilities, absorbed a large amount of damage, creating a suitable environment for the Blue Dragons to deal damage.

Alexstrasza led the Red Dragon in close pursuit, while the Green Dragon and Bronze Dragonflight temporarily served as support, providing the allied soldiers with various buff spells.

Red Dragon's Life-Flame sprays indiscriminately onto the ground, with friendly and enemy units receiving drastically different responses when hit.

The Mortal Legion, catalyzed by Life-Flame, experienced a boost in their healing speed, while the Void Creatures, engulfed in flames, howled miserably as they met their end.

Finally arriving were the sea giants and the Legion of Heroes, personally led by Loken and Odyn. The Great Guardian and chief administrator gave the enemy a rude awakening as soon as they entered Nyalotha.

The two highest-ranking Titan Keepers joined forces to cast a spell. Odyn's Lights Power merged with the lightning summoned by Loken, and the Cleansing Lightning carved out a vacuum in the overwhelming Nyalotha garrison.

Black Dragon Princess Onyxia consciously lowered her height to stand in front of Andreas, and the five demigods simultaneously jumped onto the back of the Black Dragon Princess.

Andreas raised the Staff of Ganir, summoning a shower of golden, shimmering energy meteors from the sky.

"Boom!"

The successive large-scale spells inflicted heavy damage on N'Zoth's army, finally opening up the previously densely packed path of advance.

"Counterattack! Our strongest reinforcements have arrived! The end of N'Zoth is near!"

"All troops, charge! For Azeroth!"

With reinforcements from the Dragon Keepers and Titan Keepers, the morale of the Azeroth Allied Forces soared, and they began to push the front lines back.

Amidst the deafening sound of war drums, the Taurens charged into the enemy ranks with fervent steps, using their sturdy bodies to block the first line of attacks from the enemy for their comrades behind them.

Healers from all races kept a close eye on the battle situation at the front, ready to support wounded soldiers at any time.

"hold head high!"

Dragonflights fought their way through swarms of flying insects and hovering Void Creatures, while Onyxia unleashed Shadowflame dragon breath, breaking through the enemy ranks with the help of defensive spells maintained by Andreas and Velen.

"Keep going, Auni!"

Standing beside the dragon's horn, Andreas patted Onyxia's big head. " N'Zoth has concentrated most of his forces at the entrance to Nyalotha. His stronghold's defenses will be greatly weakened as a result. Break into that spire!"

"No problem, hold on tight, I'm going to speed up!"

N'Zoth is the culprit who led Neltharion astray, and Onyxia blames N'Zoth for both her parents' old and new grudges.

Driven by a strong desire for revenge, Onyxia unleashed its maximum flight speed, completely ignoring the enemy forces blocking its way in the sky, and single-mindedly charged toward the spire where N'Zoth was located.

"Whoosh whoosh!"

Shandris' Cardoredia Warbow never stopped, and any enemy that approached the protective barrier was accurately shot down from the air.

Azshara sat sideways on Onyxia's broad back, using the flight time to meditate and recover his condition.

"Sizzle!"

Two thin and one thick purplish-black beams shot from below the spire toward Onyxia, causing a small explosion when they collided with the holy light barrier.

Although Onyxia was not injured, the force of the explosion made her sway in the air.

After stabilizing its flight attitude, Onyxia looked towards the distant spire gate.

The indescribable columnar creature was staring intently at her with its ugly, dim yellow eye at the top. The monster also had a tentacle with an eye on each side, which were clearly the source of the previous attack.

Black Dragon Princess was not one to suffer a loss. After braving the occasional beams of light that entered her attack range, she unleashed a long-prepared deep breath at the fleshy pillar on the ground.

"Chirp!"

The two eyeball tentacles first emitted a horrible scream, and the desolate land covered by Shadowflame dragon breath turned into a scorched black in the blink of an eye, with hot magma spewing out from the cracks in the ground.

This thing looks a lot like the one Andreas fought in the Emerald Nightmare dungeon in the game... what was it called again?

In short, many tentacles keep emerging from the ground, and a disgusting giant eye blocks the door to the heart. You must first kill the boss that attacks so many times that it blows up the eye.

Azshara had been jolted out of her meditation by the earlier shaking, and when she saw the twisted monster, she explained to the group, "This monster is also N'Zoth's 'masterpiece,' and it is called Dreagas."

"This name..."

Andreas muttered speechlessly, "Such a huge fleshy pillar, and you're telling me this thing is female?"

Azshara glanced at Andreas with a strange expression. "What are you thinking? Do you really believe that this kind of flesh-and-blood aggregate has a gender?"

"Okay, I guess I was overthinking it."

Draagas was hit head-on by Onyxia's Deep Breath, and even if she didn't die, she would be crippled.

These earth-rooted monsters have one major weakness: their bodies are buried deep in the soil and they cannot move freely.

Once they encounter an attack powerful enough to break through their defenses, just like Dregas is now, they can only stand there dumbfounded and take the hit.

If we can pull through, we can keep fighting; if we can't... then there will be no future.

Although Draagas was half-cooked by Onyxia's Shadowflame, she was not completely dead.

The surging magma beneath the ground constantly threatened its life. In a desperate gamble, the flesh-and-blood aggregate concentrated all its power into that bleeding giant eye, aiming its last energy at Onyxia and firing it out.

"boom!"

The barrier set up by Velen and Andreas effectively blocked the beam attack, but it was powerless against the subsequent impact.

Onyxia was thrown into the air by the attack and barely managed to maintain her balance while tumbling before landing awkwardly on all fours.

After spinning 7200° in a row, Onyxia lay dizzy on the ground, seemingly unable to regain her mobility in a short time.

"You want to shoot us to pieces?"

Andreas leaped off Onyxia's back, gathering a dazzling holy light at the top of the Staff of Ganir, and shot it back at the dying Draeagas.

"Let me shoot you first!"

"Sizzle!"

The battered and bruised Dreagas was unable to withstand Andreas' beam cannon; the top of her fleshy pillar with eyeballs was completely vaporized, skin and flesh included.

Without the large eyeball at its core, Dragas' already unstable flesh and blood body quickly turned into a puddle of flesh.

Because the scene was so disgusting, the group spent some time cleaning up the debris blocking the door.

A few minutes later, Onyxia regained consciousness and transformed into human form, standing in front of the tower gate that Dregas had originally guarded, looking with disdain at the ground still stained with blood.

" Auni, I'm leaving the rearguard duty to you. Try your best to hold off the enemy's counterattack. If you can't hold out, don't force it. Just call us in advance and then hide inside the tower."

Given N'Zoth's corruption of the Black Dragon, it's best to avoid having the Black Dragon Princess directly confront the Thousand-Bearded Demon.

Onyxia was still a little dizzy, and nodded while pressing her temples with her hand, saying, "Okay, you guys be careful too, N'Zoth is definitely not easy to deal with."

Before entering the tower to face N'Zoth's true form, Andreas and his companions still have one last hurdle to overcome.

"This guy is called Ignos. He is also a product of N'Zoth's flesh and blood modification. His strength should be close to that of Dreagas."

After listening to Azshara's explanation, Andreas, who had been deep in thought, suddenly had a flash of inspiration: "I remember now! So that's where the déjà vu came from."

That's right, Ignos is the tentacle monster that guarded the Emerald Nightmare in Andreas' memory.

However, the Ignos before him was very different from the image Andreas remembered. The upper body of this guy looked like an elemental creature wearing a helmet, his flesh was a garish pinkish-purple, and he had a pair of open fleshy wings on his back.

"Foolish Mortal, how dare you invade the sanctuary of my lord N'Zoth."

It was the familiar stereo rap again, and Andreas, already in a bad mood, didn't bother arguing with the other person.

Seeing the large number of flesh and blood slimes emerging from both sides of the field, Andreas planted the Staff of Ganir in the ground to gather energy, and Velen also began to chant a spell in a low voice at the same time.

"Hello Igdala, goodbye Igdala."

Azshara couldn't help but mutter, "It's Ignis... never mind."

"Bang!"

Before Ignis' blood orb could even reach them, a dazzling golden light exploded outwards, centered on Staff of Ganir, under the combined spell of the two Holy Light casters.

"Ughhhhhh!!"

Ignos, whose flesh and blood were formed entirely by void magic, let out a shrill scream. The void energy supporting the flesh and blood within his body was neutralized by the holy light, and his body quickly began to collapse.

Almost identical pieces of minced meat appeared before the five people. Andreas covered his nose speechlessly to block out the stench of melting flesh and blood.

" Is N'Zoth an idiot? Why make two of something that is essentially the same? To pair them up?"

Finally, Azshara couldn't hold back any longer and used an Arcane Missiles to send Andreas flying from behind. Looking at Andreas, who turned around with a look of utter confusion on his face, Azshara raised her beautiful face, revealing her gracefully curved neck, and let out a soft hum.

"I've already said that this kind of flesh and blood aggregate has no gender. Are you doing this on purpose?"

"...It was just a joke, why get physical?"

Andreas' jokes were merely meant to lighten the tense atmosphere.

As they approached N'Zoth's lair, even the usually fearless Azshara became more vigilant, and the team members were all on edge.

Although Azshara claims to be fearless of the gods and aspires to be on equal footing with them, or even surpass them, that is a distant and uncertain future. At least for now, she cannot completely break free from Mortal's shackles.

The level of demigod, in layman's terms, is half human and half god.

The soul ascends to the level of a god and possesses immortality, but the physical body still cannot escape the limitations of being a Mortal.

Compared to beings like the Titan Keepers and Aspects who possess innate physical advantages, the fragile Mortals face an even greater challenge in their quest to become demigods than these exceptionally gifted races.

However, once one reaches the demigod level, even Mortal's physical strength can reach the pinnacle of non-god beings.

To give an example, if we disregard the differences in their fighting styles and areas of specialization, Andreas could easily wrestle with Onyxia right now.

Perhaps they are far inferior in terms of skills, but at least the physical strength of a demigod is not much weaker than that of a dragon with innate advantages.

No matter how corrupt the Old Gods were, or how disgusting their manifestations of power were, since they could be called gods, the Old Gods in their heyday certainly possessed the status of true gods.

Titan Keepers are the most advanced creations meticulously crafted by Pantheon. The Titans endowed these Keepers with the abilities of high-ranking demigods, with Loken and Odyn even reaching the pinnacle of demigodhood, just one step away from becoming true gods.

However, these high-ranking demigods joined forces to fight the Old Gods during the Dark Empire War, but were utterly defeated. If Amanthul hadn't intervened when things were going badly, these Keepers would probably have been wiped out by the Old Gods at their peak.

With the help of the Titans, the Keepers sealed away the three defeated Old Gods.

Andreas defeated C'Thun and Yogg-Saron primarily because they were still unable to completely break free from the Titans ' seal, resulting in a significant reduction in their strength and preventing them from unleashing their full power as true gods.

Compared to the two ancient gods who have already perished, N'Zoth, known as the weakest ancient god, survived to the end.

Whether it was intentional guidance or unintentional good fortune, from the moment Nyalotha fell into the sea, N'Zoth's path would be smoother than that of the other two ancient gods.

According to information provided by Azshara, N'Zoth has been hiding in the depths of the ocean for tens of thousands of years, and with the advantage of being undisturbed, his escape progress is even further than that of Yogg-Saron, who possesses Ulduar.

Nyalotha's original jailers had long been completely corrupted by him, and Andreas had previously seen a large number of corrupted Titan Constructs on the battlefield outside.

N'Zoth is now only one step away from completely breaking free of the seal. His restored strength is very close to his prime, and the final battle is expected to be extremely difficult.

As the strongest demigod among the five, Azshara's forced break free from N'Zoth's control had a significant backlash on her, and a short rest was not enough for her to quickly recover to her best condition.

Apart from Andreas, who was relatively relaxed, the other three also went through a great battle with Queen Naga, which also exhausted them, making them unable to face N'Zoth in full condition.

However, N'Zoth, who was Azeroth's last threat, also suffered serious injuries.

The trauma of Deathwing's demise has not yet fully healed. Previously, Azshara's self-destruct artifact injured N'Zoth's eyes, which were located in the core of his body, and it will take some time for him to recover.

From the moment they entered the spire, Andreas could feel the dark cloud hanging over the demigod squad, and even the calm and experienced Velen couldn't help but feel a little nervous.

Azeroth is Draenei's last hope, and the planet's future may very well be in their hands.

If this battle to annihilate N'Zoth fails, and once the Thousand-Bearded Demon is completely freed, the Old Gods at their peak will be unstoppable, and Azeroth will likely face being reshaped by the Forge of Wills.

Andreas' lighthearted jokes did alleviate the tension to some extent, but his interaction with Queen Azshara also brought him some trouble.

Shandris is not a typical feminine woman. As a general who commanded Sentinels for many years, her heroic spirit far surpasses that of some pretty boys who sing, dance, and rap.

Although she possesses a greater sense of composure and freedom than the average woman, Shandris is ultimately a woman and a wife.

She could accept the simple-minded Celeste, who had no deep schemes, and the family had lived in harmony for thousands of years. However, she was always wary of Azshara, the stunningly beautiful queen of the night.

Azshara's charm is so amazing that even Shandris, a woman, is unconsciously drawn to her.

Before Azshara's collaboration with the demons was exposed, the people of the Night Elf Empire simply did not believe that their Light of Light would betray its people.

The end of War of the Ancients dethroned Azshara from the public eye, but the queen's personal charm did not diminish as she transformed into a Naga.

The male bipeds who were captivated by Azshara's natural charm in the Eternal Palace are proof of this.

Although the spirited Shandris lacked the cunning of those "weak" women who were adept at vying for favor, she subconsciously sensed that Azshara treated her husband differently.

Andreas stumbled as Arcane Missiles attacked him from behind by Azshara. Shandris immediately stepped to the side to support Andreas and pulled him into his arms.

As Andreas turned her head with an innocent look, Shandris looked at Azshara warily, giving her a warning look like a lioness protecting her cubs.

'He's mine!'

"oh?"

Azshara noticed Shandris' hostility and smiled knowingly.

With a formidable enemy at hand, the two female members of the team stopped their confrontation at the last minute, but both knew that this was not the end of the matter.

Andreas vaguely sensed a strange atmosphere, and looked between Shandris and Azshara as if he had a sudden realization, but for the time being, he could not see any clues.

Veteran Velen witnessed the whole thing, chuckling as he stroked his beard. "Young people are so energetic."

Malfurion, the straight-laced old man, looked at Velen, who had suddenly made a remark, with utter bewilderment. "Prophet, if I may be so bold, everyone here is over ten thousand years old. How can you talk about being young?"

"Hehe~ I can't say it, I can't say it."

Andreas looked speechlessly at Velen, who was acting like an old man. With Draenei being tens of thousands of years old, it didn't seem like there was anything wrong with calling them young.

It took a few more minutes to purify the remains of Ignus. Azshara continued to meditate and recover, while the others chatted idly to relieve the immense pressure before the final battle.

After clearing away Ignos' remnants, a large door with countless writhing flesh on its surface appeared before the five.

"Breathe in..."

Andreas took a deep breath to calm himself down, placed his hand on the disgusting door, and solemnly turned to look at his teammates.

"Are you ready? Once this door is opened, we will face the Thousand-Bearded Demon, who is nearing his prime."

Azshara opened his eyes, took the first long stride, and placed his hand on the door as well.

"Hmph! What's the point of asking this now?"

Shandris, not to be outdone, stepped in and said, "Let's set off. We will surely bring the news of victory to all living beings in Azeroth."

"Boom!"

The heavy, sealed door was blown open with a bang by the combined efforts of several demigods, and the shattered remains of the flesh-and-blood door were scattered everywhere.

To Andreas' surprise, there was no repulsive feeling of an Old Gods' lair behind the gate; instead, an endless starry sky appeared before the five of them.

The countless stars adorning the interior provided dim lighting for the dark sealed hall, and the dazzling scenery, like the Milky Way, surprised Azshara.

"It's surprising that N'Zoth has such good taste in decorating his room."

"snort!"

A cold snort came from the depths of the starry sky, accompanied by heavy thumping sounds as a Kthir, a size larger than Zakur, emerged from the darkness beyond the reach of night vision and entered the five people's sight.

Andreas glanced at Kthir, a creature with a typical jerk-like face and purple-black void tentacles emerging from its shoulder. Kthir's multiple dim yellow eyes were fixed on Azshara.

"Traitor! How dare you face me like this!"

The booming voice from the stereo system surprised Andreas. "... N'Zoth?"

Andreas wasn't some country bumpkin who had never seen the Old Gods in their true form; he had imagined what N'Zoth's true form would look like, but this Kthir -like N'Zoth before him was clearly not what he had expected.

"Hmph~"

Andreas, holding Sartharon in his left hand, gave a sinister reminder with a sly smile: " Andreas, don't be careless. This guy is just a shell carrying N'Zoth's body. It's probably a tactic he's using to buy time."

"I was wondering why N'Zoth didn't have Kthir among his men. He had originally modified her to be used as a body vessel."

"Take care of this guy as soon as possible, force out his true form. I can't wait to taste his soul, hehehe~"

"no problem."

Andreas lowered his center of gravity and assumed a fighting stance. Before N'Zoth could continue questioning Azshara, Malfurion transformed into a giant, emerald-green bear and roared as he launched a wild charge at N'Zoth.

The impact of the heavy bear's charge should have been enormous, but the N'Zoth, which was over five meters tall, remained rooted to the spot and took the brunt of Malfurion's charge without moving.

"Die, demigod of Azeroth!"

N'Zoth's shell suddenly began to etherealize, and the twins raised their enormous pincers high to smash down on Malfurion.

"Thump!"

Malfurion activated his bark and thorn shields, attempting to withstand the attack from the side, but the sudden surge of countless dark thoughts that flooded his mind made him momentarily disoriented.

Velen, who was prepared, promptly dispelled the chaotic thoughts in Archdruid's mind, while Andreas used the Chains of Light to temporarily bind N'Zoth's pincers, preventing him from launching a pursuit while Malfurion was distracted.

Although the chains only lasted for about a second before breaking, the experienced Malfurion seized the opportunity to transform into a cheetah, skillfully dodging N'Zoth's next attack, and seamlessly switching back into a bear form.

The ethereal N'Zoth's body surface appeared to be covered by a thin film, which, while absorbing the attacks from Azshara and Shandris, also seemed to inflict soul impact and shadow damage on his physical attacks.

"Barrier of Willpower!"

Andreas cast a spell on everyone that was exclusive to Void Creatures. This spell, a blend of Discipline and Holy Light specialization, was Andreas' own creation, and currently only he and his apprentice Niana, who specializes in Holy Light spells, can use it skillfully.

The willpower barrier alleviated Malfurion's predicament, preventing him from being completely afraid to engage with N'Zoth's attacks.

The large, fat bear blocked N'Zoth's path to attack the back row, forcing him to rely on the tentacles on his back to unleash ranged and area-of-effect attacks that affected the soul.

Andreas blocked most of the soul attacks that would cause people to lose sanity, while Velen became a buff and healing machine, providing various forms of support to the team members.

Azshara, who should have been the main damage dealer, was not in top form. Instead of insisting on being the carry, she temporarily put aside her pride and assisted ADC Shandris in dealing damage.

The localized gravity spell restricted N'Zoth's movements, allowing Shandris' aimed shots to hit N'Zoth's shell more accurately.

This unknown Kthir body, after years of assimilation and modification by N'Zoth, possesses a considerable degree of self-healing ability even without being integrated into his own soul.

Shandris specifically targets the N'Zoth shell's face with his attacks, aiming to hit the same spot with every shot. The N'Zoth shell's physical regeneration rate gradually couldn't keep up with Shandris' continuous damage.

Do you think you can defeat me like this?

Having been repelled by Malfurion, who was now heavily buffed, in a head-on confrontation for the first time, N'Zoth scoffed, "Now I'll show you the origin of the title 'God of a Thousand Beards'!"

A dozen tentacles, each about the thickness of a Malfurion's waist, emerged from the ground beneath the starry sky, almost simultaneously launching attacks at different targets.

"Clap clap clap!"

The sound of flesh slapping against flesh came from Malfurion. With Velen's full support, the giant bear Malfurion withstood the attacks of several tentacles, and its furious bear claws retaliated fiercely against N'Zoth.

N'Zoth's face was pierced by Shandris' repeated attacks, but since it wasn't his body, no amount of damage could make N'Zoth feel pain.

Malfurion's two paws tore at N'Zoth's wounds, pulling them forcefully to the sides, and a large amount of blood gushed from N'Zoth's face as the giant bear struggled.

"cut!"

Andreas used the Staff of Ganir as a long-handled weapon, unleashing a series of sharp light blades that severed the tentacles that were slamming heavily against the ground.

But this meant nothing to the Thousand-Bearded Demon, as more tentacles emerged from beneath the ground, creating a chaotic scene of demons dancing wildly throughout the Starry Sky Hall.

Azshara unleashed Arcane Barrage tentacles that simultaneously attacked multiple targets, while a barrage of Arcane Missiles relentlessly bombarded N'Zoth's wounds at intricate angles, providing powerful support for Malfurion to tear N'Zoth apart.

"Drink up!"

Malfurion, the giant bear, used all his strength and finally tore N'Zoth's shell in half.

Half of the flesh hung precariously on the shell, and the bloody wounds began to heal at a visible speed.

" Shandris!"

Andreas skillfully imbued Shandris' Moon Arrow with high-intensity Lights Power, and the dazzling light, accompanied by Shandris' soft shout, pierced the core of N'Zoth's shell.

With its brain pierced by the enhanced Moon Arrow and its body torn in two, even the strongest vitality could no longer sustain its activity.

Not to mention that Velen and Andreas continued to "whip the corpse," using high-concentration holy light to frantically purify the two pieces of remains, until finally the Kthir body was burned to a pile of black ash.

"boom!"

With the destruction of N'Zoth's physical form, the beautiful starry sky beneath Andreas and the others finally revealed its true form.

As the ground trembled violently, the starry sky began to dissipate, replaced by the familiar flesh-and-blood structure of the ground.

A gap appeared in the center of the hall, and the massive N'Zoth finally rose from the ground amidst an exponentially increasing whisper.

"It's finally here. Let's begin the second phase."

Based on Andreas' usual team fight strategy, he considers the shell form of N'Zoth as the first stage.

Besides Velen, who plays a supporting role, the main force in P1 consists of Shandris and Malfurion, who engages in close-quarters combat with N'Zoth.

The demigods were ultimately using Mortal's body, and their burst of power took a toll on Malfurion and Shandris.

As N'Zoth's ugly core appeared, Malfurion and Shandris slowed down their actions, handing over the core's damage output and movement to their teammates.

"I am Azeroth's nightmare, the vanguard of void lords, the god of a thousand whiskers, N'Zoth!"

"Insignificant beings of Azeroth, submit to me!"

The dual-channel rap roared out its passionate tone, and as N'Zoth's true form appeared, countless tentacles of all sizes sprouted from the ground covered in purple flesh and blood.

Among them are purely whipping tentacles, as well as ranged attack tentacles with eyes on their surface, and even super-giant versions several times larger than other tentacles.

"boom!"

Before Andreas and the others could even get a good look at N'Zoth's true form, one of its giant tentacles slammed down heavily on Azshara's location.

Although Azshara's strength has declined, her awareness remains outstanding.

Azshara used Blink to dodge before the tentacles hit the ground.

Andreas swung a slender blade of light from a distance, severing the relatively slow-moving giant tentacle.

The moment the tentacle broke off, N'Zoth screamed in agony. Azshara used gravity magic to lighten the tentacle's mass and then used his magical hand to lift it off the ground as lightly as a feather.

Like manipulating a hula hoop, Azshara spun the tentacles in the air. The instant they were freed from centrifugal force, Azshara dispelled the previous spell's effects and increased the mass of the flying tentacles.

"Smack!"

The crisp sound of whipping echoed throughout the hall, and N'Zoth was furious at being hit by his severed tentacle.

"Insolence! Confront the terror of the Old Gods!"

Hundreds of eye-shaped tentacles simultaneously fired deep purple eye-shaped rays at the group. Velen quickly pinned the prophet staff to the ground, and a medium-sized holy light barrier that spread outwards enveloped their location.

Numerous eye-rays collided with the barrier erected by Velen. Judging from Velen's tightly pursed lips and serious expression, the intensity of these rays was indeed considerable.

Andreas did not offer any assistance to Velen as before, and with Malfurion and Shandris temporarily sidelined, the responsibility of harming N'Zoth fell to him and Azshara.

Azshara made the first move, and regardless of the damage caused, he certainly enraged N'Zoth.

Through countless eye rays, Andreas finally saw the shape of the N'Zoth core.

It was a huge, disgusting-looking ball of flesh, dark purple like the ground, and Andreas and the others were clearly standing on N'Zoth.

The surface of the fleshy ball was covered with sharp spikes that looked like obsidian, and the top had a slit like a mouth.

The lower half of the three parallel eyeballs stared straight at the group from different angles. The largest eye in the center was relatively dim, and at this moment, many scars could still be seen on it. It was obviously the one that Azshara had hit head-on earlier.

"The Wrath of the Moon Goddess!"

Without hesitation, Andreas took over the main DPS role and unleashed his ultimate skill.

The Holy Light version of Luna's Wrath summoned a large number of energy meteors, which clashed against each other as they bombarded the countless tentacles of N'Zoth in the hall.

The wide-range attack cleared out the tentacles of all sizes in the field in a short time, but since N'Zoth is known as the Thousand-Bearded Demon, simply removing his tentacles is not very meaningful.

Thanks to N'Zoth's defensive spells, Luna's Wrath, with its damage spread too thin, failed to inflict enough damage on his main body.

Andreas' attack had not stopped. He was lifted into the air by the power of holy light, and his entire body seemed to be radiating golden light. Three pairs of lifelike holy light wings grew from his back.

This is a new form that Andreas improved and fused with Shadowform and the Paladin's Vengeful Wrath, which Andreas calls "Avatar".

Yes, it's called the Incarnation, without the prefix "Holy Light," because this form isn't limited to Holy Light energy.

In his avatar form, Andreas' spell output is significantly enhanced, with feathers splitting off from his Holy Light Wings launching attacks from various angles around the N'Zoth core like floating cannons.

Brilliant beams of light shone in the dimly lit sealed hall. Each beam caused small wounds, but its penetrating power was very strong.

These beams of light, though few in number, accumulated and caused considerable damage to N'Zoth, as evidenced by his screams that echoed throughout the hall.

In pain, N'Zoth became ferocious and summoned several thick, giant tentacles from beneath the ground to firmly protect his body.

The feather-shaped floating cannons can penetrate one or even two layers of tentacles, but most of the beams failed to penetrate N'Zoth's subsequent defenses.

On the other hand, N'Zoth, the Thousand-Bearded Demon, has countless tentacles that allow him to launch counterattacks while maintaining his defensive capabilities.

He seemed to have determined that Andreas posed the greatest threat to him, so he deliberately adjusted the attack priority of all his tentacles, unleashing a barrage of attacks aimed at Andreas.

Velen's holy light barrier eventually had its limits. After holding out for a few minutes, it was finally breached by N'Zoth's desperate attacks.

Andreas flapped his holy wings, dropping more feathers to join the attack while skillfully dodging N'Zoth's attacks in mid-air.

Azshara stepped forward as N'Zoth's attack focus shifted. This time, instead of using her unique gravity spells, she gathered her Arcane energy to create a rotating black hole above N'Zoth's core.

The irresistible suction force is specifically designed for N'Zoth. Its main body can resist the black hole's absorption by relying on its large mass and deep roots, but the tentacles on the outer layer are severely affected by the black hole's suction force.

The tentacles approaching the black hole were flattened and shrunk as if subjected to a dimensional reduction attack, and N'Zoth's originally solid defenses were exposed by Azshara's trump card attack.

"You despicable traitor!"

N'Zoth still harbored intense hatred for Azshara. As he watched his tentacles being sucked into the black hole one by one, his three eyes simultaneously emitted dim yellow rays.

Azshara could only stop channeling spells and use Blink to evade N'Zoth's attacks.

When N'Zoth attempted to summon more tentacles for defense, Andreas, who had originally shone like a small sun, quietly changed his appearance under the pursuit of countless tentacles.

The golden holy light gradually turned dark gray, as if covered in dust, and even the energy wings on his back and the feathers floating in the air changed in sync.

While busy hunting down Azshara, N'Zoth suddenly sensed a potentially deadly threat and desperately pulled out more giant defensive tentacles from the ground.

Before he could even catch his breath, the feather-shaped floating cannons, now back to their gray state, fired again, the dark gray beams striking the tentacles as always.

Unlike the previous attempts to block the beam, this gray beam penetrated N'Zoth's multiple layers of protection without hindrance, directly causing massive damage to his core.

"Aaaaaah!!"

The situation was completely different from what I had expected; the destructive power of this mysterious gray energy was astonishing.

N'Zoth felt a chill creep into his heart; he felt as if he had been tricked.

Before a new wave of tentacles could grow, Andreas once again flapped six mechanized wings to launch an attack on N'Zoth.

Seeing the sword of the dark empire tightly gripped in the gray-winged man's left hand, N'Zoth could even discern Sarthaion's inexplicable excitement from the surface of the sword, which glowed with a blood-red light.

"Is this the end? After all that preparation, we've ended up with the same fate as those two brutes. I refuse to accept this!"

"Snap!"
