Chapter 1 - one small step today

My friend was tired. Doesn't mean she is tired because of lack of sleep that wont be able to fix it.

She used to woke up with all plans .THE PLANS SHE WILL COMPLETE EVERYDAY. Plans doesn't mean the day to day work. She wanted herself to be of full confidence, studying harder, would stop caring for non-beneficial things and to just focus on achieving her goals.

But guess what ?

NONE OF THEM WORK COMPLETED. She was left tired as always , starring at her ceiling and thought why her life used to be so difficult when everyone's life was going smoothly . 

Giving someone a piece of advice was easy but applying was way difficult then it seems to be .

Some told her :

"Think twice before doing anything"

Parents said "work harder",

but none of them cared to tell her HOW , WHEN , FROM WHERE she has to start and begin to build herself . Getting up and starting again used to feel like a burden itself.

One day before going to bed she thought over it again and again and thought that taking big steps everyday and to change myself in one day was never possible. That sudden strike in her head told her to not to take life changing or big steps.

She whispered herself and said" I will take one small step today"

Next day,

She woke up with full energy and made up her bed on her own . That was not a big or life changing thing but she was happy to take small steps everyday . She understood that doing everything altogether would help her with nothing but will make her feel upset more and demotivating her spirit.

She studied small motivational stories every night. Not for an four to five hours but for just thirty minutes.She started thinking that improving herself was necessary but pushing herself to do it everyday was NOT even necessary .

There were days when she did a lot , someday she felt tired or she did nothing but instead of making herself feel like she is useless or she wont be able to do anything on her own she said "I will it again tomorrow".

And that changed everything.

There were times when she was not feeling confident , she still had some fears but instead of being stuck she reminded herself again and again that she will be able to do that.

And that attitude made her a STRONG , INDEPENDENT , FEARLESS  women .

Its not always necessary to change your life in a day. Taking a SMALL STEP TODAY will effectively do it. 

That is how you are changed ,

Your world is changed,

And the lives too.
