Chapter 22 - The World's Corruption

While Yuki stayed dead and trained in Hell, there were corruptions happening on Earth as the Heavens had stayed quiet about the current events.

The slow corruption spread through the many earths and planets. The misinformation about the current events were so convincing, it had even corrupted and changed the mind of everybody within the universe.

Yuki had trained in Hell, consuming knowledge and magical skills that derived and originated in Hell. Though, even then he wanted to still train there.

Kris kept the training up as the Origin of Destruction causes problematic events on Earth.

Of course it was slowly traveling throughout the multiverse in which its goal was to corrupt everybody in every Encysted Realms.

The physical realm was the first layer, the database realm–or known as the Data Realm or the Divine Order System–which is computer-based, while the third being the many meta-narratives.

The Origin of Destruction had slowly corrupted all minds in the physical realm through propaganda and misinformation.

It still kept the form of Lillian, who was never a real person to begin with, while slowly moving through realms.

Yuki: About the other documents.. can you give me them....?

Kris: Sure, they're all on other entities and existential stuff.

Kris had given Yuki all of her documents, then he took them as he gives it a read.

One of the documents says:

Otherworldly and Outer entities–those who exists beyond specific constructs of the cosmos and concepts–had been existing since the beginning of time.

These entities includes:

• The Empty Set/Origin of Destruction

• Azathoth

• Yog-Sothoth

• Outer Guardians

• The Outer Wanderers

Though, there are more entities, it would be too much to list. There were many questions asked by others towards me, but the most important is "who are they". To be fair, nobody knows. That was all the information I had gathered up through non-research via internet, though internet never existed.

The Outer Guardians are guardians who watched over layers of reality, making sure they kept it all together, preventing any destruction.

The Outer Wanderers are far different, though more efficient than the Outer Guardians. By how they are called, it's easy to understand that they wander through realities of which to find answers and do research as they prevent any destruction.

It kept going into the back page, while Yuki started reading the other documents. Kris sat there quietly as she waited.

Another document went over the three layers of reality which states:

The Three Higher Dimensional Layers of Reality—or known as realms—is one of the few things I could understand myself.

While yes, the cosmos is vast and boundlessly large! There were unknown things about reality that nobody knew about! Not even my scientist co-workers and friends! (Heh).

These three layers of realities actually holds their own realities. So it's like something encompassing its own. For example! Like the concept of water is wet, though can't give itself its own properties!

I guess in the future, if I do ever live on to that point of time in the universe, I pray that everything isn't so destructive or the Empty Set being awakened.

There's many things I know about the cosmos and existence, and it's that there is no acceptance in reality nor is there truth. Only falsehood and destruction.

I can confirm that the only way to win against somebody immortal is to force them into surrendering or overwhelming them. That would count as a victory.

In that moment, Yuki had immediately started to think about what he read.

Yuki: So if I want to win against an immortal being, I'd have to either force them into surrendering the fight or overwhelming them through sheer power...?

Kris: Yeah. Though, if it's a mortal, you could just kill them. Also, there are an infinite amount of lower dimensional realms within these said realities.

He kept reading and was starting to connect some dots about her. He gripped the papers tightly in the palm of his hands as she glances over.

Yuki: ..Who are you Kris?

Kris was surprised from his question. Very unexpecting to somebody who had gave out information to them.

Kris: I was born back in 1183. Throughout that time, magic was never a concept. Actually, it was never founded.

Yuki stayed close to her as he listened closely. He had seemed to be curious and interested in the topic.

Kris: I went to school like any normal kids, though I had friends who became scientists and researchers years later. If I'm being totally honest, women still had no rights really. So when I first started, I had used the alias, Henry Fitzgerald...

She sighed as Yuki's energy started to flow more drastically and unstable. It may look he doesn't care due to being very detached, but to Kris, she knew something is up.

She can sense how unstable Yuki's energy is becoming.

Kris: Yuki.. you're a bit terrified of what you'll face, aren't you?

Her concerned tone echoed through Hell as they both sat there. Yuki's energy kept flowing around with no control.

Kris: You're scared after reading my documents.. even if you don't show it, I can tell through your collapsing and exhausted energy.

Yuki glanced at her and sighed deeply knowing she found out the truth no one could figure out about him.

Yuki: Yeah... I don't show it through facial movements.. though, it doesn't mean I'm not scared. It's a terrifying thought.

Kris then leans in for a hug, hugging him tightly in between her arms. The touch from an old, but young appearing woman caused Yuki to flinch a bit.

Yuki: You're the first to figure it out.. and the fastest to find this out about me... there's no–

He had stopped talking as if there was something stuck in his throat. He hesitated to even finish the sentence until he mustered up the confidence.

Yuki: ...no way to detect how I'm feeling unless you sense my emotions through how my mana is flowing...

Kris: You're so detached from reality that you're losing yourself and suppressing your emotions through your mana.

Yuki: I've lost myself a long time ago...

They both sat in awkward silence as the the energy from all of Hell was flowing towards Yuki, though it was filled of unholiness and impure.

His eyes widened a bit as he feels the mana difference from what he had before. The nihilistic energy was slowly being overwritten.

Kris: Your Nihilistic Energy is the strongest one in terms of destructive capabilities, so you'll be far weaker than before.. but it's for good use, Yuki.

His energy was calming down as the hellish mana slowly overrides all that previous energy. He inhaled then exhaled repeatedly as his body stops becoming tense.

Kris: You had destroyed entire solar systems with that energy.. but now, you'll have to re-learn everything.

Yuki: I don't adapt as fast as others mid-battle... and you're right. I did do that, but that was only with the Nihilistic energy.

Kris: Well then, I guess I'll continue to train you, and you probably have access to hellfire flames.

Yuki nodded as they both stood up and stretched. Though, Kris had pulled out a sword. It had steel around the blade and as the tsuba of the sword.

The handle was made out of complete stardust particles that exists only in another multiverse. Yuki had then grabbed the sword, but had almost dropped it due to the weight of the entire sword.

It was a sword of a black and red blade, gray strong steel around the starting point of the blade plus its tsuba with it in a shape of a dragon.

Yuki: Damn... this is heavy as hell..

Kris: Yeah. Everything about the blade is made out of stardust particles, though it's pretty light without metal around the blade and the tsuba.

She smiled a bit as Yuki analyzes the sword's material and blade.

Kris: It packs a punch. The material is indestructible so this sword couldn't be destroyed.

His eyes widened slightly as he wielded the sword upwards, having the shimmering light shine off the blade. It was a beautiful sword.

The handle of the sword was as well made from stardust particles, though it was also wrapped in black leather wrapping.

Yuki: This blade... the immense power behind it is something else...

Kris: Yeah. I had to ask somebody in the other multiverse to create it, though it required specialists who could manipulate such particles.

He sighed in relief and with gratefulness as they both stepped back, going into a fighting stance. Yuki wanted to try out the new sword while Kris had her hands out, going for hand to hand combat.

During this moment, the corruption by the Origin of Destruction had completely corrupted the entire reality, causing it to glitch out violently.

It was getting destructive as it slowly travels to the Data Reality and had started trying to rewrite and corrupt everything computer-based there.
