"Shut up!" Manda yelled, too proud to let anyone tell him what to do.
Orochimaru stood on Manda's head, pointing at Neji and saying, "Manda, ignore Tsunade. Deal with this Byakugan kid first."
"Huh? What did you say?!" Manda suddenly said, his voice full of anger. Then, in a sharp tone, he shouted, "You called me here just to deal with this Byakugan kid?!"
Even though Neji had summoned a slug, Manda still saw him as a nobody. Orochimaru was actually making him fight such a weakling. Manda didn't feel like Orochimaru was respecting him; instead, he thought Orochimaru was insulting him.
"Orochimaru, what's your deal?! Are you messing with me?!" Manda said coldly.
Manda thought Neji, a Genin kid, could probably be crushed by a normal snake. But Orochimaru had specifically called him out, wasting his time on this kid. Manda didn't think Orochimaru valued him at all; he just believed Orochimaru was embarrassing him.
"..." Orochimaru was speechless. He wanted to say, "Manda, are you stupid? If I could handle it myself, why would I call you? To show off?!"
But Manda was furious. If Orochimaru couldn't give him a satisfactory explanation, Manda might just crush Orochimaru first.
"I..." Orochimaru was so angry he laughed. A summoned beast going against its summoner was rare. Was Manda crazy? Did fighting each other make sense?!
"Hehe." At that moment, Neji suddenly laughed coldly. "Manda, you should shut up. I hate people who judge by appearances, especially since you're not even a person."

Manda saw Orochimaru's reaction and snorted coldly, "Orochimaru, you dared to play me? Do you want to die?!"

Manda slammed his tail heavily on the ground, creating a large cloud of dust. The ground even cracked wide open. The strong wind even cut nearby rocks into powder.
Orochimaru felt cold sweat on his face and quietly backed away a few steps. If things went wrong, he would escape immediately.
"Humph, Orochimaru, remember to give me an explanation later. Otherwise, I don't mind finding a new summoner," Manda said angrily.
