Sunny heard the realm sorcery whisper in his ear:

Immediately after the light dimmed, he saw a tiger-shaped tattoo etched onto his body. Cheng Sen noticed and asked, "Did you just bind a relic to your spirit sea?"
"Yes," Sunny replied, surprised that Cheng Sen knew about it.
"I've been deciding on a relic to bind to my spirit sea," Cheng Sen said, eyes fixed on his own profile.
Without hesitation, Cheng Sen bound his tiger spirit to his spirit sea. He experienced the same radiant transformation Sunny had, but when the light faded, he saw the ghosts of every creature he had ever killed staring back at him.
Sunny, dazed, asked, "What are you staring at?"
"Can't you see what I'm seeing?" Cheng Sen whispered, eyes locked on the spectral figures.
Then the voice of the sorcery echoed in his mind:
_[Legacy feature or legacy power]_
Cheng Sen knew he had to choose. He answered without hesitation, "Legacy power."
The voice responded:
_[Analyzing legacy power…]_
_[Legacy power locked]_
_[Legacy power unlock: 0/1000]_
Cheng Sen was momentarily shocked. He hadn't realized he needed a thousand kills to unlock his power. When he tried to look at the invisible creatures again, they were gone.
"_What's your legacy feature?_" Sunny asked, unaware of what Cheng Sen could see.
"I didn't get one. I need a thousand kills to unlock my legacy power," Cheng Sen said, disappointed.
"Please, explain everything you know about this realm—legacy features, relics, and power," Sunny requested, confused by Cheng Sen's transformation.
"You really don't know about the realm sorcery?" Cheng Sen asked, shocked.
"Yes," Sunny admitted, feeling ashamed.
Cheng Sen began:
"The realm sorcery allows one to become stronger than normal humans. Once infected by the realm, you must pass a trial to gain access to its power. Some try to avoid infection by entering the realm sanctuary, but they're swallowed by a mysterious void. Those infected can summon their profile and see hidden information about their abilities. After passing the trial, you can enter your spirit sea—a place to rest, practice sword skills, and fight creatures to fill your spirit core, preparing you to challenge other realm beings. Legacy powers, relics, features, and skills are gifts from the realm sorcery, but they come with a curse no one can avoid."
Cheng Sen's explanation left Sunny stunned. He then helped Sunny learn how to summon his profile. When Sunny did, his profile appeared, and he felt a surge of excitement:
