Outside the palace entrance, was an incredibly handsome blonde man with an almost feminine charm.
This man was one of the 10 great demon lords, more specifically, the platinum saber Leon Cromwell.
He walked up the frozen steps with cold determination, his face lacking any form of expression.
——————————————
Leon found himself before Guy's throne, "well hello Leon, what a pleasant surprise."
"Guy, I have come to inquire about something."
"Well no rush dear Leon, why don't we go into my chambers and discuss it in detail there."
"Pass." Leon respectfully declined
"I've come to inquire about the magic power that erupted in the sky of the frozen continent."
Guy's slightly playful expression turned to one of exasperation and exhaustion, "Yeah, I was expecting that, come with me."
——————————————
Guy and Leon were sitting opposite each other at the moment
"You seem slightly opposed to revealing the cause of this incident."
Guy replied respectfully, "I am merely being protective."
Leon face showed an extremely slight sense of surprise, " You? Protective?"
Guy spoke slightly serious, "I assume you're aware of that hole that formed in the sky over a week ago?"
Leon nodded
Guy spoke further after the confirmation, "That anomaly was from an otherworlder, a reincarnated who came only with their soul"
Leon was shocked although he didn't show it, he knew the implications of Guy's words, "reincanations aren't unheard of but for one to make such an entrance… that would imply…"
Guy finished his words, "That would imply that his soul was so large and powerful that the world could not comprehend it and thus the firmament broke to compensate for his existence."
Leon: "How interesting, I will investigate this further afterwards. I assume that this incident has something to do with that, I also assume that this reincarnater also has something to do with that nameless island suddenly becoming habitable?"
Guy: "Guilty as charged."
Leon was now surprised by the use of an Earth expression that was used.
Guy: "It's… an expression that Simon uses all the time."
'So that's his name.'
BOOM
Suddenly, there was a loud bang
Guy and Leon slowly walked out the room without concern. When surveying the main hall, Guy noticed an immense amount of magicules coming from a certain area.
Simons room.
Simon came out of the room coughing while Velzard flew out with elegant grace, both were completely fine. Velzard walked up to him to brush the icy dust off of him with care.
Simon looked to his left in which he was apprehended by an expressionless Leon and an unimpressed Guy with his arms crossed, "SIMON, mind explaining yourself." Said Guy in a cold tone.
Simon awkwardly looked at the hole that was once his room and back at Guy, "Funny story."
———————————————
My mind was still unconscious, I felt like I was in an empty void, I could tell I was about to wake up.
Before I woke up from my sleep, I heard the familiar voice that I had first heard upon my birth in this world.
[Acquisition of the extra skill: Gravity manipulation… successful]
'When the hell…oh… probably from crushing gravity using my new mystic art.'
My eyes opened slowly as I took in the hazy surroundings.
"Nice nap, little one?" I heard the usual morning greeting I got from frosty
"Morning." I said as I panned my head to the couch… which was empty?!
That's when I finally noticed the weight I felt on top of me, I lifted my head and saw it.
Velzards bedside manner had turned to bedtop manner. "I…have so many questions."
"Awe, will little Simon not allow me to lay here?" Velzard spoke gently.
I sat up straight, picked her up like a child and set her down on the couch, "You stay sitting there… all pretty or something." I said while holding a slight blush, 'SHE SO FRIGGIN CUTE!!!!!' Simons mind was trying to figure out why Velzard had suddenly developed a cutesy, clingy side. He didn't mind it though, it was like having an adorable little sister, '…why does that sound wrong in my head?'
Simons mind put that aside and began to focus, focusing on the mechanical sphere that was on his desk.
A handheld nuclear fusion reactor. Nope, scratch that, a handheld magicule breeder reactor.
It basically works the same way with nuclear fusion. It has an absorbtion function that intakes the magicules. This function given by the 'galvanize' sub skill which is apparently more than just strengthening durability.
This sub skill is essentially magic enchantments, allowing me to add attributes onto an item. 'Visionary' is essentially the crystallization of mechanical ingenuity, allowing me to create without limit. 'Galvanize' is the unique skills integrated magical coding, allowing me to create the software for my creations.
Enough nerd-plaining… where was I, oh right, so it absorbs the surrounding magicules, it smashes the magicules together, similarly to nuclear fusion, to create more magicules and then releases them back out.
I turned it on while Velzard was also watching with curiosity, "Simon, what is tha-" Before Velzard could finish that sentence, she sensed the reactions going on inside the orb.
Velzard: 'It's creating more magicules.'
This marks my first mechanical creation in this world… well technically it's magical-mechanical.
Simon: "Should I explain what I made?"
Velzard seemed to already what it was was, "Milim Nava?" She could already identify the ability to create magicules that is unique to her niece.
"Astute observation dear dragon, more specifically, it's one of the sub-skills of her ultimate skill; magicules breeder reactor."
Velzard: "You are quite astounding, but what exactly are you gonna use it for."
Simon: "… I don't know, I just wanted to make something cool. I will probably find a use for it later, but for now I'll just leave it as my very first creation."
Velzard raised an eyebrow, "wasn't the railgun, or whatever you call it, your first creation?"
Simon: "That was an improvised weapon that I made in the heat of battle, I'm not counting that."
As we were arguing, the room began to become stuffy with magicules and then…
BOOM
My entire room had been blown to bits. Thankfully, the explosion blow us out into the main hall instead of falling into the snow.
As Velzard started casually brushing dust off of me, my mind came to a conclusion, 'Note to self, don't leave it on in an enclosed space.'
My head panned to the left, in which my gaze focused on the expressionless and unhappy figures Infront of me, "oh…hi."
