I believe that I have exhausted all research potential that can be possibly exerted from these cells.
The Cells of Simon Winters also known as Chaotrons are fundamental particles that have been created from the consolidation all all of Simon's magic into one.
The Chaotrons have shown to be in a constant state of flux and randomness, taking into account the anti-analytical abilities of the grayfog and the Chaotrons have proven to be completely unappraisel by regular standards and evens more advanced methods of appraisal.
First test for the Chaotrons was exposure to danger. This test was done as a hunch proposed by assistant Dino that was ultimately proven right.
The Chaotrons have exhibited an extremely low form of sentience but awareness of incoming danger. The Chaotrons have shown to raise danger from incoming monsters and vice versa.
Conclusion for the danger reactionary tests show that using Chaotrons while in danger will make the Chaotrons far stronger in use.
Second test is the application for magic use. This was pretty self explanatory, Chaotrons have extensive use in magic, so much so that subject Simon Winters has suggested the establishment of new magic type.
This resulted in the establishment of chaos magic. Chaos magic utilizes the properties of Chaotrons to defy the laws of reality or create the users own.
Example of this is using a chaos healing magic that completely degrades the law of death or using Chaos space magic to create entire dimensional planes without the use of a skill.
The conclusion for this is that simply being able to use Chaotrons would elevate someone to the Ultimate skill level.
Reports show that Chaotrons effects the biology massively, able to change someone to a completely different species upon evolution.
Although overuse of Chaotrons at once will result in the Chaotrons devouring the individual and become part of Simon.
The only way to combat this is to be of the divine nature and even then will that only extend the limits that can be pushed with Chaotrons.

Chaotrons have shown to repeatedly replicate and create itself over and over, an uncontrollable mitosis of the cells that defy the law of energy conservation.
The reality defying mitosis has caused several cells that have gone out of control. These tiny particles growing and morphing into incomplete beast, these eldritch abominations that are incapable of complex thoughts.
These creatures despite having god-like reality bending powers, they cannot exist for too long due to being unintelligent and unaware of the nature of Chaotrons.
These abominations with limited sentience will come into existence into their unfixed forms, go on a rampage, overuse chaos magic and eventually be consumed by the madness of existence which they will die and reassimilate themselves into subject Simon's Winters.
Attempts have been made to control the flow of the mitosis to create a more complete existence. An attempt to create something closer to Simon Winters.
Although we could control the mitosis process to create a much more complete astral and spiritual body, all attempts to create an entity closer to Simon Winters has failed.
Although unable to prove. The standing theory for why we couldn't create another Simon Winters, we believe it's because of the existence of Elysia.
We believe Elysia is also the reason that these horrifying abominations cannot develop a soul as they will be too similar to the subject.
In conclusion, Chaotrons have shown to be complete disaster level power and when controlled gives access to a variety of magical power and an nigh-limitless amount of energy.
The next topic to be discussed about the subject Simon Winters is the grayfog. The fog seems to be an extremely powerful form of spacetime magic.
The feats of the grayfog includes creating dimensions, sending messages and attacks across infinite distances, move without regard for space or time etc.
Upon his evolution, the grayfog has merged with his flesh and became the foundation for the Chaotrons that have previously been discussed.

The composition of the subject Simon Winters body being the Grayfog has made his body an entire dimensional mess.
In layman's terms, subject Simon Winters is basically a sentient dimensional plane, a living world. This is proven further by the composition of Simon Winters haki.
Although his haki seems to show a tapestry of star systems and celestial bodies as an illusion.
The analysis of this haki has made the lord of darkness, Guy Crimson make a different conjecture, that the celestial objects within the haki is completely real.
Analysis of subject Simon Winters body has proven this. The Chaotrons within his body has been constantly replicating to create what we like to call World essence.

The subjects soul shows a larger amount of infons surrounding the ego. These extra supercluster of infons indicates the existence of a manas.
