Gust's voice was full of menace, as if anyone who dared to touch his bottom line would be ruthlessly struck down.
"Me too!"
"That's right!"
Some gang leaders began to whisper amongst themselves, clearly displeased with Chen Ye's lecture.
Seeing someone take the lead and directly challenge Chen Ye, some gang leaders followed suit.
However, amidst this chorus of opposition, Chen Ye didn't show any signs of panic or unease.
He looked coldly at the gang leaders, his gaze radiating an indescribable dignity.
Before Chen Ye could speak,
Tom, the leader of the Irish Gang, chuckled softly and then said to Chen Ye:
"Young man, you're still too young."
"You think you can just snatch our profits without paying a price?"
"For us, profits are more important than life. The cheapest thing around here is a human life."
"Where are we? This is Hell's Kitchen. Preaching and trying to reform people doesn't work here."
"We clawed our way to the top in this hellhole because we're ruthless. We sold our souls to the devil a long time ago."
"You're from hell too, don't you know the rules of hell?"
Tom's voice dripped with a hint of mockery and disdain.
Chen Ye fell silent for a moment, then calmly replied:
"I don't want to be your enemy. I just want you to understand that education is the only way to truly change their destinies."
"Children are innocent. From the moment they are born, they carry the 'sin' of being despised by outsiders. They don't even know what they've done wrong."
"What did they do wrong? Is it wrong that they were born into this world?"
"They can't even speak or walk yet, but they're already labeled with the mark of Hell's Kitchen, judged by others with strange eyes. It's not fair to them!"
"I know the world is inherently unfair! So I don't naively try to change it!"
"I just want to give them a chance! Let them prove for themselves that being born in Hell isn't their fault!"

His voice was firm and powerful, even though he knew that such words might not be accepted in this violent and bloody Hell's Kitchen.
Chen Ye had said what he needed to say, and he didn't know how much of it the gang leaders present had taken to heart.
Anyway, Chen Ye had done his best. The rest would be decided by strength.
Then, Chen Ye stood up and surveyed the people present, saying domineeringly:
"Also, this time I'm not discussing with you all."
"I'm just informing you. If you don't accept, then according to the rules of Hell's Kitchen, it's one-on-one." Chen Ye paused, extending a finger to point at the leaders present,

He had witnessed the rise and fall of countless gangs, and he knew that the gang leaders opposing Chen Ye in today's meeting would be standing here in this capacity for the last time.
His gaze held a trace of pity as he surveyed these people who were about to embark on a path of no return.
Kingpin understood that the gang leaders' resistance to Chen Ye was like throwing an egg against a stone.
He shook his head helplessly, watching their indignant figures as they departed.
He knew that upon their return, they would undoubtedly gather their subordinates and prepare for a battle with Chen Ye. And they had no chance of winning this battle.

In the meeting room, Chen Ye's expression remained calm.

Tommy Shelby sensed Chen Ye's gaze and slowly spoke: "Don't look at me like that. I'm different from those barbarians who only use brute force. I strongly approve of opening a School."
"I can help you deal with them, provided you pay enough benefits."
Tommy Shelby paused, then glanced at Kingpin and Vongola Primo beside Chen Ye.
Vongola Primo understood, patting Chen Ye on the shoulder. "I'll go back and prepare. Leave Midtown's gangs to me." He then turned and left.
Chen Ye waved his hand. "It's fine, we're all on the same side. Besides, Uncle Kingpin is the boss of Hell's Kitchen. Tell me in detail what you want."
The entire large meeting room was left with only Chen Ye and the other two discussing the distribution of interests.
"I want the territory of the Irish Gang!" Tommy Shelby said straight to the point.
