The Ten Rings didn't appear much in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
At least, that was the case up until Qin Xiao's transmigration. As for the comics, Qin Xiao's understanding was limited to the Mandarin and the rings themselves.
But now, it seemed the Ten Rings' influence in the Middle East was incredibly strong.
