Kyle was gathering his books when Brian called out, "Busy? Want to come with me to the arcade?"
Kyle gave a faint smile. It wasn't often that he got invited, which meant the guy was actually trying to comfort him.
However, Kyle shook his head and told him, "I have plans."
Brian hummed. "Don't tell me you got another girl right after."
Kyle noticed someone flinch in the corner of his eye, but he didn't look toward that person. Instead, he shook his head. "Nah, just a friend. Well, thanks for the invitation though."
Kyle was going to visit his family in Fortis as well, but before that, he had scheduled a meeting with the strange girl.
Getting up, he took his bag and left the class.

Amanda did the same. She packed her bag and hurriedly left the class before Ethan or anyone else could stop her.
She walked a few steps behind Kyle, remaining discreet.
She didn't know what she was doing, but she wanted to see where he was going.
