Noel didn't thought but it did surely take a whole 500 amount of coins to just increase it into this level, And when his mana was raised to 10 he felt a chain holding him was cut apart his whole body felt somehow stronger and more attuned to mana.
Others also completed their own purchase, with Neil just buying two skills related to lightning which he was well versed in .
