This was a area specifically made by the 14 sovereigns of humanity for their own use ,
In a round table sitted 13 sovereigns, their figures are illusory. Can't be seen by anyone , they are looking just like shadows .
A single seat was completely empty, it was the seat of Nexus . The only sovereign who is above even the jurisdiction of other 13 sovereigns.

Nexus is a digital conciousness made by 13 sovereigns after the ancient war . During that devastating war many powerhouses even some Galaxy sovereigns died on that war , and just before either death they issued a decree to made an entity that can govern over humanity. That's how Nexus came to being.
Why it was commanded? Because in that war humanity first discovered the traitors amongst humans.
There were many high level sect and families and forces that betrayed humanity at that time . But at the end the war was a tie .
Humanity didn't lost miserably again it didn't win either .
But if anything was sure that is they need a technology that could watch over every living things on this plane .
Every living humans, sects , families or forces should register to that technology for further verification. So that the scenes from the last can't be repeated again .
Today all of them except Nexus is present to attend this meeting, why ? Because Nexus just approved a person with Holy level citizenship.
You should know that only holy level citizens in all of human federation are these 13 sovereigns and Nexus herself .

The screen opened, in a private room there were a person laying in the bed unconscious, and a guy in light green Dress wearing a white veil in his face examining the person on the bed .
There are other onlookers on the room too , they were watching anxiously what is happening in that room .
Then the veiled guy sighed and said a sentence that startled a old man in the screen , not just in screen but in this round table everyone gasped in horror,
The veiled guy said , " Nether Ice Curse ."
Everyone in the room , even North Star Sovereign and that gentle voiced female sovereign or other 11 sovereigns all of them knows this name . This name even gave them goosebumps in their sleep.
You should know during ancient war only because of this curse atleast half of the galaxy sovereigns died on that time. Even now no matter who it is if affected by this curse can only be considered dead for forever.
That's why the Great human federation declared this curse as untreatable. This curse is the epitome of death for even galaxy sovereigns.
But at this particular moment they saw this guy looked at the void and asked someone to come out and then nexus came out of the void.
Nexus asked him if he knows the treatment for this curse but the guy didn't answer her but again asked her a question about Nether water.
Who don't know what nether water is ? It is the reason for this curse . No matter who is it if made a direct contact with nether water .
Then that person immidiately effected by the nether ice curse . They don't know the reason why but during those research nether water didn't even flinched more than a second .
But in the next few words of the veiled guy they get the answer for those questions that made them idiots for countless centuries and didn't let them venture the cure of this thing.
When they learned nether water didn't devour their flesh blood or qi or soul but it directly devoured the life force of anything it you he's they gasped again . So this was the reason of death of countless humans from the ancient time until now .
That's how this curse don't have any cure at all. That's why that Nether water didn't even related clearly without the direct touch from and living animals.
Next they all looked at the screen to find out what happened next, until now just the details about the things that this guy gave already made him eligible to become a diamond level citizen .
But what happened next make their perceptions about this unknown guy completely changed.they didn't even thought in their wildest dreams that this just said he could treat that curse and even give them the cure but for a favour.
But what was the favour he asked , he asked that nexus don't issue any reward according to his promotions in level of these two categories alchemy and physicians. They sighed , they completely misunderstood this guy.
This guy don't even wanted that citizenship token . They are sure now it was Nexus who gave him the token for his contribution by finding out the loopholes in his request.
They also knows this is the reason Nexus removed the grade from his token . The token was granted is unique in its own and can't be replicated at all .
Then to their horrified gazes The veiled guy started making a holy grade pill -'The Nether Fire Holy Medicine ' .
and even he made two completely different type of materials Nether water and solar jade who would even supposed to blast in a single interaction, melted and formed a white jade like pill .
The 1st sovereign who was still sitting a moment ago stood up in horror. He was the only alchemist among these 13 sovereigns and even he can't do it flawlessly like this veiled guy did in making that holy medicine.
You should know he is a sovereign and he can even concoct sovereign grade medicine that is above holy medicine . But still the method this veiled guy used is completely ground shattering.
He gasped a deep breath. He knows that this guy is definitely not simple . He is hiding his qualification. Is he is he a sovereign grade alchemist? This question started disturbing the mind of 1st sovereign.

The veiled person gesture to the white 9 patterned Holy pill to came back and the pill came back to his hand on seconds.
He felt embarrassed extremely embarassed. This is the first time he saw something this bizzare in his long life .
Did this means that what this person said is actually correct ? His pills don't like him . He almost cried , even a single drop of tear came out of his pitiful eye.
Everyone looked at him with more pity, this veiled guy not just gave him a beautiful pill concoction method , he even broke 1st sovereign's heart just by his words alone .
He deserves their respect , you should know as an alchemist 1st sovereign is so proud that he don't even interested in others that much . He only talk to these 12 people and nexus . Now that guy is crying in shame.
But what made them more confused was that The veiled guy didn't used the pill to treat the nether ice curse , he took out a set of golden needles and used many needles to treat the guy who was unconscious effected by the curse .
He used those needles to stimulate the rest life force within the unconscious patient and even eliminated the curse fully in just seconds .
Then Used the medicine to stabilize the patient's condition . Even the patient who was unconscious for full 2 months came back to life in just seconds .
The whole treatment method only needed a few minutes actually that they never expected. Now they know why Nexus issued that Holy level citizenship token without consulting them.
