Sienna Vale shook her head without hesitation.
"No. You know the rules of this world. Anyone who drinks the Water of Nothingness becomes useless. I can't use magic, I can't use battle Spiritual Energy either." She paused, then added in a calm tone, "This is just an ability I got by accident. It's not something that can fight. It only helps me store and take out things."
Harold's eyes dimmed slightly, as if he had still been holding onto the smallest hope. But he quickly hid that disappointment and turned his attention to the thing on the table.
He picked up the radish carefully, like she was holding a rare gem. He examined it from top to bottom, sniffed it, then took a bite. His chewing was slow and serious. When he finally swallowed, she nodded with certainty.
"Young Miss," she said, "This is Magic Vegetable."
Sienna Vale blinked. "Magic… vegetable?"
