Chapter 36 - Chapter 36: Abusing Tohsaka Tokiomi

Tohsaka Aoi gasped, and he pulled her backward, causing her to fall onto the soft bed.

Her cheeks instantly flushed red, and she pressed her hands against Mr. Kanjuro's chest, trying to push him away, but it was futile.

"Are you crazy? He'll hear us!" She panted rapidly, her eyes wide with panic. "Tokiomi is a man with severe Mental fastidiousness! If... if he found out about us, he would go mad!"

Upon hearing this, Mr. Kanjuro not only didn't restrain himself but instead chuckled, his warm breath caressing her ear: "It's fine."

His arm tightened, pulling them closer, "I want him to know."

"?!" Tohsaka Aoi's eyes widened, completely unable to comprehend Mr. Kanjuro's insane thought.

However, Mr. Kanjuro didn't give her time to think.

He roughly tore open the buttons of her outer garment. The exquisite fabric ripped, revealing the fair and delicate skin beneath.

Tohsaka Aoi's long black hair cascaded like a waterfall across the pristine white sheets. Her exquisite face was flushed with shame, indignation, and a hint of an unspeakable physiological reaction, her eyes shimmering with moisture.

"You... haven't you bullied me enough?" Her voice trembled slightly, with a hint of a sob, as she looked at Mr. Kanjuro's face, which was almost demonically handsome, yet now wore a disturbing

"tenderness."

"Aoi, keep your voice down, just don't let him hear," Mr. Kanjuro commanded in her ear, his voice seductive and undeniable.

"No... you're truly a devil! A pervert!" Tohsaka Aoi glared at him hatefully, but her body gradually softened under his control, her reason and surrender fiercely battling.

Meanwhile, in the Magecraft workshop just one wall away.

Tohsaka Tokiomi was intently observing the "heart bewitchment sword" shimmering with dark light under the faint glow of the alchemical table, his gaze fervent, almost piercing through the blade. His desire for the Root of Magecraft was amplified to the extreme under the demonic sword's suggestion.

However, at this moment, some subtle but not entirely muffled sounds vaguely penetrated the wall from the adjacent room and entered his ears.

At first, it was indistinct murmuring, then... it seemed to turn into more unsettling, intermittent whimpers.

"Kanjuro... don't... Tokiomi will hear..." A familiar female voice, carrying a weakness and helplessness he had never heard before, faintly reached him.

It was Aoi's voice!

Cold sweat instantly beaded on Tohsaka Tokiomi's forehead.

His hand, holding a quill pen ready to record data, trembled slightly.

"huo xin sword... the root of magecraft... the miracle of magic's birth... the mysteries of Black Magic..."

He muttered to himself, as if reciting an incantation to maintain sanity, trying to use a fanatical obsession with knowledge to suppress the unease, suspicion, and a sense of profaned anger churning within his heart.

Tohsaka Tokiomi painfully covered his ears with his hands, trickles of blood seeping from between his fingers. The blasphemous whispers in his mind were like countless sharp needles, repeatedly piercing his reason.

Enduring the excruciating pain as if his soul was being torn apart, he abruptly grabbed the family heirloom magic sword—heart bewitchment. Flames of humiliation and madness burned in his eyes as he stumbled and rushed towards the room where Kanjuro and Tohsaka Aoi were.

He wanted to personally slay this dog-man-and-woman pair who had defiled the Tohsaka Family's glory and his own dignity!

With a loud 'bang', he roughly shoved the door open.

However, the scene that met his eyes was even more piercing than he had imagined—Tohsaka Aoi was already fully dressed, now meekly nestled in Kanjuro's embrace. Her cheeks still bore the blush left after their intimate union, her eyes a mix of shyness and a dazed, conquered haze.

Seeing the seemingly maddened Tohsaka Tokiomi burst in, Kanjuro showed not a trace of panic. Instead, he revealed a playful smile, his tone as relaxed as if greeting an old friend: "Brother Tokiomi, what's the rush? You don't look so well."

"You... what have you done?!" Tohsaka Tokiomi forced the question out through gritted teeth, fresh blood once again overflowing from the corner of his mouth due to extreme rage and internal injuries. The huo xin sword in his hand trembled slightly, and obscure incantations began to gather on his lips.

"What have I done?" Kanjuro sighed lightly as if he had heard something amusing, the sigh full of pity and mockery, "Exactly what you think in your heart, yet dare not, and are powerless to do."

"I want you dead!" Tohsaka Tokiomi could bear it no longer. After reciting the incantation, the condensed magecraft instantly erupted. Blazing flames roared towards Kanjuro like an enraged dragon.

However, Kanjuro merely casually raised his hand. The surging flames seemed to crash into an intangible abyss, instantly devoured and annihilated by a darker, purer Black Magic force, without even causing a single ripple.

"What should I do?" Kanjuro leisurely turned his head, looking at Tohsaka Aoi in his arms, his tone carrying a cruel inquiry, "Aoi, what do you think... should I kill Tokiomi or not?"

Tohsaka Aoi's body trembled slightly. She avoided Tohsaka Tokiomi's gaze of disbelief and despair, murmuring in a low voice, "Although... although this is cruel, Kanjuro... with your personality and methods, how could you possibly let him go..." Her words carried a sorrow of resignation.

"You're right," Kanjuro praised, leaning close to her earlobe, kissing her ear, and pulling her tighter into his embrace.

He lifted his eyes to look at Tohsaka Tokiomi, who was trembling from failure and betrayal, and revealed a demonic smile. "However, simply killing him like this would be too boring, and too easy on him. Come, I'll take you to meet someone, Tokiomi."

Alarm bells rang loudly in Tohsaka Tokiomi's heart. He didn't understand what trick Kanjuro was playing, but his intuition told him it was definitely nothing good.

"What trick are you trying to play! Don't think I'll fall for it!" he roared, attempting to gather magical energy once more, while his gaze flicked to the huo xin sword in his hand, trying to seize a last chance for a close-range surprise attack.

But just as he swung the sword to stab at Kanjuro, a sudden change occurred!

The magic sword, which was connected to his will, seemed to have gained a will of its own. The blade trembled violently, then reversed direction with lightning speed—

"Thud!"

The sharp blade plunged effortlessly into Tohsaka Tokiomi's own abdomen.

He staggered back, looking down at the hilt embedded in his body, his face filled with shock and confusion.

Blood rapidly stained his wine-red formal attire.

"The huo xin sword... heh," Kanjuro's icy voice sounded, "It is, in essence, a weapon born from higher-order Black Magic power. Did you really think your meager magecraft could fully control it?"

Tohsaka Tokiomi laboriously raised his head, his gaze finally settling on Tohsaka Aoi, a trace of final hope or accusation still lingering in his eyes.

However, Tohsaka Aoi seemed scalded by his gaze, abruptly turning her head away. Her voice was as faint as a mosquito's hum, yet clearly reached his ears: "Tokiomi... I'm sorry, I... I already belong to Kanjuro...".
